Edificio de estilo gótico tardío sede del gremio de mercaderes fué destruida en 1941 durante los bombardeos de la 2ª Guerra Mundial y reconstruida en 2001 con motivo del 800 aniversario de la fundación de Riga.Actualmente es la sede central de la oficina de turismo.
