Text: La Gran Esfinge se realizó esculpiendo un montículo natural de roca caliza en la meseta de Giza. Tiene una altura de unos veinte metros, midiendo el rostro más de cinco metros. La cabeza podría representar al faraón Kefrén, teniendo el cuerpo la forma de un león. AL fondo la piramide de Kefrén.
The Great Sphinx of Giza is a large half-human, half-lion Sphinx statue in Egypt, on the Giza Plateau at the west bank of the Nile River, near the town of Cairo.

Text: Abu Simbel es un complejo de dos templos excavados en la roca ordenados construir por Ramsés II. El templo mayor de Abu Simbel es uno de los mejor conservados de todo Egipto. Se encuentra al sur del país, a unos trescientos kilómetros de la ciudad de Asuán, rescatado de las aguas de la gran presa de Asuan y reconstruido piedra a piedra en un lugar próximo a su emplazamiento original.
The twin temples of Abu Simbel were originally carved out of the mountainside during the reign of Pharaoh Ramesses II in the 13th century BC, as a lasting monument to himself and his queen Nefertari, to commemorate his alleged victory at the Battle of Kadesh.
