Discover within one day the beauty of the seabed and the wonders of the diving world.
Duration: 7 hours.
Age: over ten years old.
Physical conditions: basic fitness required.
10:00 am: short talk where you will learn the basic safety concepts of diving.
11:30 am: lunch.
12:30 pm: dive with one of our instructors.
17:00 pm: return to ih asia.

SNORKELLING TOUR
Discover koh tao and their beaches with Roland, our captain, who knows the best spots on the island
who has lived here for more than 20 years.
Duration: 7 hours.
Age: over 6 years old.
Physical conditions: not required
10:00 am: leaving from chalok baan kaok.
14:00 pm: lunch on the beach.
17:00 pm: return to chalok.
the trip includes the visit to: aow leuk, tanote bay, mao bay, hing wong bay, mango bay, nang yuang island and shark bay (where you will have the chance to wathc sharks and turtles).

DISCOVER CLIMBING ON BOULDERS
Discover the basic techniques of boulder climbing.
Duration: 6 hours.
Age: all.
Physical conditions: not required.
10:00 am: short talk where you will learn the origin of this modality, equipment and basic techniques of training and safety.
11:00 am: control your balance on our slack line.
12:00 am: lunch at our restaurant on the beach.
13:00 am: practice climbing with one of our experienced guides.
16:00 pm: return to ih asia.
Includes: certified guide, lunch (drinks not included), and taxi to the climbing point.
KAYAK TOUR
Discover the south of the island on kayak in a relax way with one guide.
Duration: 4 - 6 hours.
Age: over 6 years old.
Physical conditions: not required.
10:00 am: short talk where you will learn the basic techniques of rowing and security technics (practices on the beach).
11:00 am: start kayaking.
13:00 pm: lunch on the beach.
15:00 PM: KAYAKING TO SHARK BAY AND WATCHING SHARKS AND
TURTLES.
16:00 pm: return to ih asia by kayak.
