HOW TO CREATE A USER'S ACCOUNT
During your first access, you will be asked to create a user's account which will be kept open for further accesses, unless you do not log-out by using the appropriate function located at the top right. You will receive a confirmation by email and a sms containing a pin to enter to complete the registration. If during registration you have not received the activation code via SMS, within a few minutes it will be sent to the email address entered (check in all the folders of your email client).

It is possible to top up your credit through the "Electronic Purse" function present in the App for the purchase of all types of travel tickets or paid parking services. To access the charging section, from the Home Page, click the profile icon at the top right of the screen and then on "recharge" by choosing the desired amount and the desired charging method. By selecting the payment method, credit card, you will be redirected to the credit card management section to complete the top-up process.
It’s now possible to top up your credit directly from a tobacconist of the PuntoLIS network (serviziweb.tabaccai.it/ .../home.aspx) making the recharge operation even more immediate and easy to use.
Discover the PUNTOLIS tobacconist closest to you by clicking HERE. It will be sufficient to choose the amount of the recharge, select "PUNTO LIS" as the payment method and show the code to the retailer, finally paying the due via POS or cash directly to the merchant (it is recommended before checking the accuracy of the information reported in the receipt or in the email received.

REGISTRATION OF VENEZIA UNICA CARD
To register your Venezia Unica card, you have to select from the main menu “Buy Tickets Actv”, then “Tickets for Venezia Unica card holder”. Enter identification data required and confirm it to complete the registration.
PURCHASING ACTV TICKET
From the main menu select “Buy Actv Tickets”, hence there is the list of purchasable ordinary tickets and two other options:
“Tickets for Venezia Unica card holder” to proceed with the purchase of season tickets or tickets reserved to Venezia Unica card holders.

Como de BudgetAir no tengo noticias, he llamado a Aeroflot y me han dicho que han habilitado un canal para solicitar reembolsos. Me han dicho que de esta manera te saltas a la agencia. Yo lo acabo de hacer, a ver si sirve de algo.
Te metes en la web de aeroflot, pulsas arriba a la derecha en un icono de un sobre y entras en la sección de Feedback (hay que hacerlo en inglés sí o sí), y creas una incidencia (Create Request) con la categoría Ticket > Ticket return (2º opción).

Finalmente esta semana nos ha contestado Aeroflot, ofreciendonos el Voucher de 3 años de validez, la posibilidad de cambiar fechas de los vuelos, y entendemos que también la posibilidad del reembolso del dinero, no? A ver si lo conseguimos.

Hola, yo llevo algunos hoteles ya reservados con central de reservas para Estados Unidos, y hay que leer las condiciones particulares en el último paso antes de reservar. Pero la norma general es:
- Los impuestos y tasas están incluidos (tax and fees) Que es lo que normalmente en booking aparece según el Estado: 6% impuesto 6%impuesto local no incluidos. Es decir lo que se consideran impuestos si que suele estar incluidos en el caso de Central de Reservas
- Los resort fees o tasa de hotel o local fees, no suele estar incluidos. Hay hoteles que lo cobran y otros que ya lo incluyen en sus tarifas. En Central de Reservas suele aparecer el aviso de, "las tasas locales no están incluidas" y hay veces que incluye una estimación del coste, pero hay otras que no. Para saber el importe con más detalle lo mejor es coger de referencia la web de booking y suele aparecer en booking:tasa de resort 4 usd/noche.
Así que cogiendo de referencia el desglose de booking, en central de reservas los impuestos (que suele ser un porcentaje del total 6+6.5 %) si se incluye en el precio de la web y las tasas de resort/resort fees ( que suele ser una cantidad fija por noche), no suele estar incluidos. Si en booking no dice nada de resort fees en CR tampoco habrá y ya lo incluye la tarifa a pagar, normalmente en esos casos no sale el aviso de "las tasas locales no están incluidas, si no el aviso general de que los servicios adicionales como parking, comidas y llamadas no están incluidos.
En resumen Central de Reservas tiene el precio normalmente más económico y encima incluyen los impuestos, cosa que booking no.
Precisamente me pasa esto con un hotel que tengo reservado con ellos en maldivas. No se si la tasas estan incluidas, en booking las tasas ascienden a 600€, pensais que estaran incluidas si no dicen nada? Les he llamado esta semana para consultarlo pero aun no me han dicho nada y tengo que coger los billetes si o si pq van a subir de precio!!

Acabamos de llegar de Indonesia y hemos hecho el tour de 3D/2N con Vinsensius. El resultado no ha sido nada bueno. Pagamos 6 millones. Una vez que recibió el dinero no le volvimos a ver el pelo. No lo recomiendo. Vimos otros barcos mucho mejor acondicionados y limpios que el nuestro y la atención por parte de Vinsensius deja mucho que desear.

We finished our Komodo tour 10 days ago and you have not asked us anything about how it was. Well, I am going to give you feedback anyway and tell you my next steps about it.
We are very happy that we decided to go to Komodo because the place is really beautiful but we found your attitude, organization and quality of the service as absolutely HORRIBLE. I tell you why:
- Your only interest from us was to be paid. First with the international transfer that we had to do with a cost of 500.000 Rupis; and then because we had to pay you all the rest as soon as we arrived in the car. After we paid you, we knew NOTHING about you, we did not hear anything from you.
- The planning of the trip was changed by you and you just told me when we had already paid.
- We expected to do a trek of 3 hours in Komodo island and when we arrived the office was closed so we had to do the short one.
- We had no details about the trip, just a conversation of 2 minutes with you. Absolutely not enough.
- The staff of the boat did not speak english (UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!) so we could not ask anything about the islands or even what we were going to do each day, how long we could stay in each spot... NOTHING!!!!
- We saw ther boats during the trip and our boat was the worst by far.
- I told you about the toilet before you went away and you did nothing. We saw other boats toilets and they were clean.
- We found lots of COCKROACH and bugs in the bathroom.
- We did not have a place to stay upstairs with hammocks as other boats have.
- We finished our trip at 11 am the last day so we had to wait so long in the airport, when we could have stayed in the boat snorkeling or sunbathing.
- And the last thing is that you told us you will send a driver to drop us off in the airport. But you sent a taxi that WE HAD TO PAY!!! Another extra cost!!
The conclusion is that all you care about is your money so you try to give the cheapest service to get more money. You don't care at all about the client.
My next step, now that I can't do anything from my country, is to write my opinion about your service in several forums. I don't want that other tourist trust in you as I did and have the same bad service we received.

A nosotros nos pedía 7.500.000 para 2 personas en barco privado 2D2N (el 3er día nos dejaba por la mañana para coger el avión). Le regateamos y nos bajó a 6.500.000. Al final ya digo que no lo contratamos.

- I told you about the toilet before you went away and you did nothing. We saw other boats toilets and they were clean.
- We found lots of COCKROACH and bugs in the bathroom.
- We did not have a place to stay upstairs with hammocks as other boats have.
- We finished our trip at 11 am the last day so we had to wait so long in the airport, when we could have stayed in the boat snorkeling or sunbathing.
- And the last thing is that you told us you will send a driver to drop us off in the airport. But you sent a taxi that WE HAD TO PAY!!! Another extra cost!!
The conclusion is that all you care about is your money so you try to give the cheapest service to get more money. You don't care at all about the client.
