En Nagoya destacan también varios museos, tanto de automoción como de trenes...
Sé de gente que va a Nagoya a propósito a ver el museo de Toyota... Creo que se puede incluso visitar la fábrica con una visita guiada. En cuanto a Nagoya, la torre principal del castillo está cerrada al público (van a volver a rehacerla en madera, parece que el hormigón no aguanta tan bien los terremotos) pero acaban de abrir el Hommaru completamente restaurado, que es de una belleza sublime (fusumas, artesonados, bajos relieves...). Se trata de una fiel reconstrucción, basada en fotografías, del palacio destruido por las bombas durante la segunda guerra mundial que, en mi humilde opinión, hace de Nagoya una parada obligada (hay colas). Además puedes visitar el parque del museo de la ciencia (aunque no entres, el edificio es una maravilla), el templo de Osu Kannon, que queda cerca, el santuario de Atsuta, un poco más alejado, el parque de la torre de TV, Sakae y la zona de la estación.
