Yo contraté un safari de 7 días con agencia de allí. Nakuru está muy cerca de una ciudad. Seguro que en Nakuru puedes contratar algo. Yo hice noche en Nakuru antes de ir a Masai Mara. La excursión a Naivasha fue en la vuelta a Nairobi desde Masai Mara.
Matatu solo usé en Zanzíbar. Ojo pueden ir muy hasta arriba de gente. Si duermes en Nakuru, seguramente podrás encauzar la visita a Nakuru y la visita a Naivasha. En el foro hay gente que ha alquilado coche para los PN.
Lo contrare con Karibu travel. Echa un ojo, no solo venden safaris completos, también servicios, traslados y cosas así

Con 5 días no puedes perder tiempo con los matatus públicos.
El transporte público es para quien tiene tiempo y paciencia.
El problema de un coche es que necesitas uno de 6 plazas y conducir vosotros. Los hay, pero son algo mas caros.
Al ser pocos días, yo no me complicaría y buscaría un coche con conductor.
Conducir es complejo.

Muy buenas, marcho a Kenia del 18 a de febrero al 5 de marzo, la idea es dos días en Nairobi, contando la llegada, tres noches en Masai Mara, una en Nakuru, una en Naivasha, dos en Amboseli, una en Tsavo West y tres en Diani, en este itinerario. Como aún estoy a tiempo de hacer cambios os pido vuestra opinión. Mil gracias

Necesito que me echéis una mano con estas dos rutas que me han propuesto las agencias Jocky Tours y Super Eagles. Ambos me da el mismo precio y los mismos alojamientos (los he negociado, 1.300 USD por persona), pero hay sobre todo diferencia en los días 3, 4 y 5. Cuál creéis que está mas compensado? Muchísimas gracias de antemano!

DAY 1: NAIROBI - MASAI MARA

After this insightful experience, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in the afternoon for lunch and an en-route game drive.
Lake Nakuru is known for its population of endangered black and white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, and seasonal flamingo flocks that line the shoreline in hues of pink.
DAY 4: LAKE NAKURU – LAKE NAIVASHA – HELL’S GATE & BOAT RIDE
After an early breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha, a short drive away through scenic Rift Valley landscapes. Begin your adventure at Hell’s Gate National Park, one of Kenya’s most unique parks. Optional cycling or hiking through the park lets you experience deep gorges, towering cliffs, and geothermal features up close.

DAY 5: LAKE NAIVASHA – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, depart for Amboseli National Park, passing through Nairobi where you’ll stop for a hot lunch. Arrive in Amboseli in the evening and check in at your camp. The park is world-famous for its backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro and large herds of free-ranging elephants.
DAY 6: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK – FULL DAY GAME DRIVE
Spend a full day exploring the stunning Amboseli ecosystem. With Mt. Kilimanjaro towering in the background, enjoy game drives across dry lake beds, swamps, and savannah. The park offers some of the best elephant viewing in África, along with chances to spot buffalo, cheetah, lion, hyena, giraffe, and an abundance of birdlife.
DAY 7: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK - NAIROBI
Have morning breakfast then enjoy an early morning game drive in search of predators and their prey after the game drive depart for Nairobi with packed lunch en route. You will be dropped off at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi for your return flight. This marks the end of your unforgettable safari across Kenya's most iconic landscapes.

After early breakfast proceed to the park where you will see a lot of flamingos among other birds[about 350 species recorded].This is also home to the black and the white rhinoceros.The park has also been established for the protection of endangered species such as the Rhino and also home to Columbus monkeys.leopards,giraffes,and a variety of plain antelope.Later depart to Naivasha arriving in time for late lunch.Enjoy boat ride at crescent Island dinner and overnight at Naivasha Chambai safari Resort

Day 5;Naivasha/Amboseli
After breakfast,at 7.00am visit Hell's Gate national park where you will have a chance to visit the Geothermal Power Plant in Ol Karia and the Hot Springs. This is the only park that allows transport by walking and cycling. After departing to Amboseli with picnic lunch on the way arriving early evening. If time allows, proceed for evening game drive dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sentrim

Day 6;Amboseli full day
Pre-morning game drive will be the perfect time for photographing the humbling and magnificent Mt.Kilimanjaro the highest peak in África.You also guaranteed to see the big elephants,giraffes,lions etc.Dinner and overnight at Amboseli sentrim.

Day 7;Amboseli/Nairobi
Pre-morning game drive to see the view of Kilimanjaro and big elephants, lions,zebras etc and other animals.After breakfast depart from Amboseli to Nairobi and arrive at around 3pm drop off at your hotel.
