If you have received both doses of a vaccine, you will be given a green control page one week after the second vaccine dose
If you will only have one dose of a vaccine because the type of vaccine you have received only requires one dose, you will be given a green control page three weeks after you were vaccinated

There are various things to keep in mind if you are planning to camp or spend the night outside organised campsites. In November 2015, new conservation legislation came into effect making changes to where it is permissible to camp. For instance, it is now illegal to spend the night in tent trailers, tent campers, caravans, camper vans or similar outside organised campsites or urban areas unless the land owner or rightholder has given their permission. Otherwise, the law lays down the following rules for camping:
Where may I camp?
Along public routes in inhabited areas, you may pitch a traditional camping tent for one night on uncultivated land, provided there is no campsite in the immediate vicinity and the land owner has not restricted or prohibited access, passage or stay within the area by means of signs on gates and walking paths.
Along public routes in uninhabited areas, you may pitch a traditional camping tent on privately owned land or national land.
Away from public routes, you may pitch a traditional camping tent, either on privately owned or national land, unless otherwise indicated in special rules which may be applicable to the land area in question.
When must I get the permission of the land owner or rightholder?
If you plan to camp near places of human habitation or farms.
If you plan to camp for longer than one night.
If you plan to pitch more than three tents.
If the land is cultivated.
If you plan to use tent trailers, tent campers, caravans, camper vans or similar outside organised campsites or urban areas.
Are there any areas where I may not camp/spend the night?
Land owners or rightholders may restrict or prohibit camping if there is substantial risk of damage to the country’s natural environment.
If the landowner or rightholder has prepared a special camping area on their land, they may direct travellers to it and charge a service fee. Similarly, if there is a campsite in the vicinity, the landowner or rightholder may direct travellers to it.
There may be restrictions on camping in protected areas (see below)".

...substitute for Pangulasian, now that it’s a private island)
* Tour C: Secret Beach, Hidden Beach, Matinloc Shrine, Tapiutan Island, and Helicopter Island
* Tour D: Cadlao Lagoon, Nat Nat Beach, Pasandigan Cove, Paradise Beach, and Bukal Island
I've attached made a map so you can see these stops visually.
So, what's changing? Well, as of late November 2018, the Protected Area Office has designated Small Lagoon and Big Lagoon stops (both on Tour A) as Premium stops, subject to limits on the number of people who can go there. We also expect that Secret Beach (on Tour C) will soon be designated as a Premium stop as well.
As a result, there are seven changes that have already happened (or that we expect to happen soon):
1. YOU CAN'T DO BOTH BIG AND SMALL LAGOON ON THE SAME DAY
You can only visit one "premium stop" per day.
As of late November, this means that you can either visit Small Lagoon OR you can visit Big Lagoon, but you can't visit both on the same day. At the present time, the two options are (A) Premium Tour A with Small Lagoon, and (B) Premium Tour A with Big Lagoon. This has the unfortunate consequence that if you want to see Small Lagoon and Big Lagoon, you have to "re-do" the other Tour A stops. This is an obvious problem, and our understanding is that the governing authorities are looking into this. Hopefully, we'll get more clarity on a workaround for this shortly.
2. NO COMBINATIONS
Before these proposed changes, you could choose to do a "combination tour" that combined whichever stops you wanted from two tours. As a result, many tourists did a "Combination Tour A/C" and visited the Small Lagoon, Big Lagoon, and Secret Beach all on the same day.
However, going forward, all three of these locations will be Premium stops, and since you can only visit one premium stop per day, you will no longer be able to do that.
Going forward, we actually don't know for sure whether combination tours will be completely banned. But no matter what, you will probably not be allowed to combine tours A and C together.
3. PRE-REGISTRATION NOW REQUIRED FOR BIG & SMALL LAGOON (AND EVENTUALLY SECRET BEACH)
You must now pre-register if you'd like to visit a Premium stop like Big and Small Lagoon.
As of late November, this means your tour operator must pre-register your name with the Protected Area Office if you want to go on Tour A. (We expect this to expand to Tour C shortly, if you want to visit Secret Beach.) To pre-register, you must contact your tour operator and tell us the Name, Age and Country of Residence for each passenger. We will then go into town and register you with the relevant authority. Only a certain number of pre-registered people on a pre-registered boat can go inside each lagoon on a given day, and it's first-come-first-served to get access.
If a given premium tour has hit its limit, you will have to select a non-premium tour that doesn't have a premium stop.
4. EXTRA FEE BEYOND ETDF
The Protected Area Office is charging a ₱200 per-person fee for pre-registration to visit a Premium stop. As I understand it, this money will go towards the resources necessary to protect the lagoons and the protected area.
This fee will be in addition to the ₱200 charge for your ETDF (Eco-Tourism Development Fee).
5. PREMIUM STOPS NOW HAVE TIME SLOTS
Your tour operator has to register you for a specific time slot at a premium stop. These slots start at 7 AM and the last entry is at 4... read more...
Juan Padro - from Sant Cugat del Valles, near Barcelona - lost his ex-wife, his daughter and granddaughter in the crash. Three other people from the small town were also killed.
Speaking outside the hotel in Barcelona, where families have been receiving help, he said: "There is nothing that can be done or that anyone can say, that changes the fact that I have lost such loved ones.
"It makes no difference to me whether it was an accident or whatever. For me, I don't want to know. It doesn't interest me."
He praised the French prosecutor overseeing the investigation for "giving us information with complete transparency".
Mr Padro added: "I like to be positive and what I have taken from all of this is that people are very good."
Me quedo con esa frase de una persona que ha perdido a 3 personas, no importa si fue un suicidio o un accidente o si es culpa de X o Y , nadie podra devolver la vida a esas personas ni a sus familiares.

FAQ 8: Free hotel/tour when connecting at IST
Turkish Airlines offer free hotel accommodation at IST airport (or a tour of Istanbul) to connecting passengers based on the following:
Rules:
- There is more than 10 hours (7 or more hours for business class passengers) between two international connecting flights due to Turkish Airlines’ schedule for a maximum 2 nights. Comfort Class is considered economy in this context.
- The layover time is calculated on the schedule not your booking. Let me explain: If the schedule shows an outgoing flight within the 10/7 hours window, even if you are not booked on the earlier flight (or couldn't book because it was full), you won't be able to take advantage of the free hotel/tour offer.
- You must be on an incoming TK and outgoing TK flight (other Star Alliance flights are not applicable for this offer).
How do I get this offer?:
Upon arrival you will have to clear immigration and customs and go to the “Hotel Desk” office which is located at the arrival floor after customs, turn right and walk to the end, next to Starbucks.
(thanks Mr. Roboto)
The staff will present you with a hotel voucher (which will include breakfast if your stay includes that time window), transport to/from the hotel is included.
The hotel may vary but is generally of good quality (Radisson Blue etc.).
You cannot pre-book the hotel/tour, you have to physically present yourself at the hotel desk. However for inquiries number for the hotel desk is +90 212 463 63 63 / ext. 12426-15532 or touristanbulthy.com
If you don't want a hotel and fulfill the requirements you can avail of a free tour of Istanbul. Details on the Istanbul tours are available here and here.
You may find additional information in the old Complimentary Hotel or day tour for Transit Pax? thread.
What other options do I have if I don't fulfill the requirements?
You can book a room at the Istanbul Airport Hotel which offers rooms on both land and airside (no visa required). Airside rooms can be booked in three hour slots.
If you have lounge access you can spend your time at TK's flagship lounge. Details, including the "sleeping pods" are here:http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/turki...st-lounge.html
