Foro de Denuncias o Malas Experiencias: Foro para informar de malas experiencias en viajes. Opiniones sobre servicios de empresas o establecimientos (mayoristas, agencias, alojamientos, aerolíneas, guías etc).
Yo estoy de acuerdo con elruca, las mas experiencias también son muy importante para los que nos estamos informando sobre nuestros proximos viajes. Cuando entras en un pais en concreto para información sobre él también se necesita saber lo malo.
Posiblemente en según qué casos habría que hacer excepciones y no incluir cualquier mala experiencia en este hilo especializado en ello.
Pero también es cierto que si yo estoy interesado en contratar un circuito organizado con una agencia determinada en un país que tengo previsto viajar, en este caso, vamos a suponer que fuera Glimpses Holidays, lo primero que se suele hacer, por lo menos así lo hago yo, es utilizar el buscador google para localizar todo tipo de referencias escritas en cualquier foro, blog, diario, etc…, y casualmente en la búsqueda siempre aparece este hilo de “Denuncias o malas experiencias de Los Viajeros” al menos en la primera pagina del google.
Por lo tanto entiendo que vuestra mala experiencia o crítica no va a saco roto, al contrario, está muy bien localizado en el mundo de internet. Consideradlo al menos.
Afortunadamente los seres humanos tenemos distintas opiniones respecto a un mismo tema. Lo que viene a significar que nadie está en posesión de la verdad y, además, que los distintos puntos de vista son enriquecedores.
El que se abra un apartado de malas experiencias no impide que se informe en el hilo del país al que se refiere. Así opina también Kucupatas.
Yo confié en esa agencia porque un/a forero/a me la recomendó. Quizá tenía que haber buscado e indagado más sobre la misma.
He contestado porque se me ha comunicado a mi correo que había una respuesta y me preguntaban si quería contestar. Por cierto, cuando he accedido a la página para leer el mensaje he podido comprobar que aparece publicidad en cada espacio libre de los distintos post de los foreros (en esta ocasión sí permite leer lo escrito). Lo informo por si los moderadores no conocéis que esta inserción de publicidad si se da.

Como ya se ha comentado, poniendo el nombre de la agencia en el buscador del foro, o simplemente el google, aparece este hilo, con lo que es muy fácil que cualquiera lea los comentarios negativos que hay aquí.
Sobre la publicidad, aparece cuando se visita el hilo como usuario anónimo, pero no cuando se lee el hilo como usuario registrado.

Our esteemed guest forgot to mention that there flight was landed before time & representative from Glimpses Holidays reached on time to airport to pick them up but they left the airport without even intimating or calling us. Although we provided them at least four persons cell phone numbers in case of any misunderstanding.
First of all I want to clarify that the lady who posted these comments was not doing correspondence with us & not aware of all facts during fixing of the tour. For this hotel we have already informed Mr. Luis Egea (person who was doing correspondence with us) in our reservation status with hotel's website & after his acceptance we booked the hotel in Mount Abu. But this Man was sent back to Spain in Jodhpur just before Mount Abu by these ladies & without the man who did all correspondence with us & booked the tour these ladies didn't know any thing about remaining hotels & services booked. Hotel was booked after acceptance of the Mr. Luis & prepaid. Also no other options were available there in their economy budget choice of hotels.
In above point these clients are completely lying. It is to inform all travelers that we provided them Spanish Speaking guide at Kathmandu, & English Speaking guide at Pokhara & Nagarkot as Spanish speaking guides are not available in Pokhara & Nagarkot. Which can be confirm with any Nepal based agency too. We have given them Toyota Hiace in Nepal which everyone knows that very comfortable for 4 or even 5 persons. We have given them hotel in all three places involve in their trip Kathmandu, Pokahra & Nagrkot. We have given them Mountain Flights too with all transfers & we have bill & proof of all given services too, So I am stunned to see how a traveler after taking all services can write against us like above. Further I want to share you all that these clients from day one were very fussy & later very clever too. Even before their final departure they were seeking for huge amount of money as compensation by saying this & that point & threatened us verbally that they will write against us in every forum if we will not fulfill their demands & now they are doing same thing for bad name of company which is not good at all to mislead others.

Para quién se haya molestado en leerlo o traducirlo del inglés, decir, en cuanto a lo de que el avión llegó antes de la hora prevista, que es totalmente incierto; de hecho todos los viajeros fueron recogidos por sus correspondientes representantes menos nosotros. Nos quedamos totalmente solos en la puerta de salida.
El resto ni me voy a molestar en rebatirlo, con esta lamentable mentira (ni siquiera excusa) a modo de justificación, ya tengo bastante. _________________ Bienaventurados los que lo tiene claro porque de ellos es el reino de los ciegos.

¡Que sorpresa! he estado de viaje y cuando viajo no suelo entrar en internet y resulta que Glimpses ha contestado.
Ratifico lo que dice Maphalda: el vuelo llegó en hora y nos encontramos "tirados" en el aeropuerto de Delhi, nos fuimos los últimos y perdimos toda la mañana discutiendo con el individuo que tenía que habernos recogido.
Este señor miente con total descaro, yo también comunicaba con la agencia, de hecho fui la primera que contacté con ellos.
Todo lo que contamos es rigurosamente cierto y el maravilloso coche para 4 o 5 personas resultó que hasta las maletas (una mediana por persona) tuvieron que ir en la baca porque no había espacio en el maletero. Tenemos fotos de todo.
Nosotras hemos contado la falta de seriedad de esta agencia para que los posibles interesados sepan a que atenerse y que no sean engañados como nosotros.

Pues ahí va otra que no había escrito pero al ver las precedentes me he animado a escribir, ésta vez sobre otro guía de Siem Reap al que en el Fofo le ponía, como muy bueno, hasta que...me tocó la excepción.

Contacté unos cuantos meses antes de ir a Cambodia con él para decirle nuestro itinerario, el día de entrada a su País y su salida.Diré que en Los Viajeros hablaban bien de él.
Al cabo de un par de días nos contestó que podía perfectamente y nos sugirió lo que según él era lo mejor para nosotros, íbamos dos parejas.Le pedimos presupuesto para cerrar el trato.Estaba dentro de lo normal ya que pedimos lo mismo a otros y nos decantamos por él.
Nos mandaba fotos de lo que íbamos a visitar, fotos de su familia, etc.etc., qué majo, dijimos.Un mes antes nos mandó un correo para decirnos que no podía cumplir porque una productora de cine le había contratado por unos meses y dada la situación económica de su País no podía dejarlo pasar puesto que le garantizaba un salario digno para unos cuantos meses, pero que un familiar suyo , que ya había hablado con él, le sustituiría y que no tendríamos problema alguno.Le contestamos, dándoles las gracias y desearle buena suerte.Llegamos al aeropuerto de Phnom Penh para que nos recogiera para ir a Siem Reap a nuestro hotel,tal y como habíamos quedado. Eran las 21:00, de noches y nadie aparecía por allí, después de esperar hasta las 22:00 por si le hubiese pasado algo, al final tuvimos que coger un taxi e ir al hotel con cabreo incluido.
Preguntamos al hotel si alquilen preguntaba por nosotros siendo la negativa por respuesta.Sabía donde nos alojábamos.El hotel nos puso en contacto con otro guía que nada tenía que ver con él, Hasta la fecha nada sabemos de Phally, bueno si, me felicitó las navidades hace unos días. _________________ nº. 20313
