On December 2, 2022, visit this place to request their services, for 3 suitcases, arrive around 11:45 am to leave them until 6 pm. We were served by a tall thin American man. Indicating that each suitcase was $15 each until 6 pm, it indicates that if I went past 6 pm they charged me more and if I went past 6 pm I had to call. When he returned he arrived at 5:30 pm, to look for them and he tells me that when paying that they are $180.00 Cash I ask him what is the reason and he tells me that he is charging a charge, and I ask him what charge and he answers that for arriving before 6 pm which he claimed because it was not what he told me, that if the problem was the time he returned at 6 pm and he tells me no because he had already gone up to the 5th floor which is not there stairs. I was complaining to him and he did not want to give me the bags until I paid the $180.00 which I ended up paying. I let this know so that no one falls, they scammed me in the worst way, he did not want me to pay him by card, everything had a purpose. If there is someone else who owns this business, your business is cheating customers. Abusing the tourist who visits New York. This is how it will be reported.
