La forma más fácil es utilizar el ferrocarril Hankyu desde el centro de Osaka.
Tome la línea Hankyu Takarazuka desde la estación Umeda hasta la estación Ishibashi.
Desde aquí, tome la línea Hankyu Minoh hasta el final de la línea en la estación Minoh (25 minutos, 270 yenes). Desde fuera de la estación, la caminata de 10 minutos hasta el inicio de los senderos está claramente señalizada.
Otra opción en metro de Osaka es ir a la estación Senri-Chuo en la línea Midosuji. Desde ahí, el autobús número 19 o 20 hasta la estación de Minoo (unos 20 minutos, 210 yenes).

Pues hablando de sitios poco conocidos...y que pueden tener su interés para la gente que viaja en otoño tenemos
Minoo Park (Minō Kōen, también deletreado Mino o Minoh) situado en un valle boscoso al norte de de Osaka.
Similar al Monte Takao de Tokio, el Parque Minoo es de los lugares más cercano a Osaka si lo que se busca es un espacio natural -se puede llegar al parque en menos de 30 minutos desde Umeda-.
La otra similitud con Takao es el estatus de "Quasi-National Park" que se le concedió en 1967 para conmemorar el centenario del Período Meiji (1867-1912).
- senderismo; La ruta principal de Minoo Park se extiende unos tres kilómetros a través de un valle junto al río Minoo. El sendero comienza cerca de la estación Hankyu Minoo y conduce a la cascada Minoo - 33 metros, la principal atracción natural del parque...unos 45 min de tranquilo paseo
- visitar templos Ryuanji Temple parece el más destacado
- Contemplar el Momiji especialmente en la segunda quincena de noviembre
