¡Buenas! Yo tengo vuelos con ellos de Osaka a Phuket y de momento me han dicho que siguen activos, a pesar de que nosotros por ejemplo no vamos a viajar. Me voy a esperar unos días más a ver si acaban por cancelarlos y podemos solicitar el reembolso. Me quedo en el hilo para ir leyendo a los demás viajeros. ¡Saludos! |

Los tenía para el 16 de julio. A ver qué pasa porque desde España a Japón 15 días antes ya me los han cancelado. Esperemos que cancelen también y a pelear el reembolso, por mucho que cueste... Saludos! |

Voy a copiar la respuesta, aunque en resumen me dicen que los reembolsos están tardando entre 12 y 16 semanas devido al covid 19, también me ofrecen la posibilidad de dejar el importe para 2 años para mí u otras personas.
