En general son vinos conectados de alguna forma a la tradición más británica del jerez, pues los cabeceos han respondido históricamente a los requerimientos que iban estableciendo los clientes de ultramar o incluso los que ellos mismos confeccionaban en destino (generalmente en Inglaterra) a partir de vinos “puros” importados desde Jerez.

Me parece la mejor manera de hacerse una idea y la recomedaría totalmente! eso si...no apureis las copas!
Y parece que el enólogo es un crack!
