Parece que además la ciudad ofrece varios puntos de interés además de los que se han mencionado...
-visitar el Parque y el Castillo de Toyama
-Ikeda Yasuben Shoten, una tienda donde todavía hoy podemos encontrar algunos de los ungüentos y medicamentos c por los cuales Toyama se hizo famoso como centro farmacéutico durante el Período Edo.
- visitar el Folkcraft Village o el Toyama Glass Art Museum
- pasear por los canales y el río Matsukawa especialmente en primavera
