Recorrido de páramo andino, rico en lagunas y especies botánicas de carácter emblemático. Se realiza sobre un sendero apto para trekking y cabalgata, que permite ganar las mayores altitudes del páramo de Mucuchíes (2.800 y 3.200 msnm) en dirección al Sur – Sureste, para luego tomar rumbo al Suroeste y llegar al Valle de Gavidia, pasando por el Llano del Trigo, donde converge con un importante camino real en dirección al Llano venezolano.
