Hola chicos! Estamos terminando la organzación de nuestro viaje y estamos mirando la compra de entradas para visitar Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon y el puente de cristal. Comprar las entradas a través de Klook es buena idea? Hemos visto que hay diferentes entradas Zipline slide VR y otra con rock climbing. Nos podrian decir que es eso?
En la página web del parque no mencionan nada y desde luego nunca, PERO NUNCA, han anunciado una apertura de Tioga Road con tanta antelación y precisión. A lo sumo 7-10 días antes, pero no mes y medio.

Y ya que se ha nombrado PETRA os quiero contar nuestra experiencia.
Fuimos con un guía privado, el precio es el mismo por persona sea como sea el grupo, pero solo acepta grupos pequeños. Si primais ver Petra con tiempo a ahorrar unos pocos euros yendo en grupo grande, yo os lo recomendaría. Creo que fue de las mejores excursiones que se hicieron ese día, y me aventuraria incluso a decir que la mejor. Salíamos de allí a las 4 pasadas, tiempo para verlo todo, y volver a nuestro aire, aunque el guía, Azmi, nos dijo que habíamos subido como deportistas. Azmi es excepcional, durante todo el camino estuvo explicando cada piedra, cada tumba, y contando historias, habla español mejor que nosotros. Al llegar al tesoro, explicación correspondiente y tiempo libre. Algunos subimos a un pequeño mirador desde el cual se hacen unas fotos muy bonitas con la puerta del tesoro al fondo. Ahí tenéis que pagar para que os dejen subir, pero no esperéis que os acompañen, os indican el camino y ya, desaparecen, pero desde arriba los compañeros vigilan quien sube. Regatead y algo ganaréis, pero no os intenteis colar porque tienen mal genio. Es un negociete que tienen allí montado, supongo que alegal, pero lo tomas o lo dejas, no hay otra. Nos dijeron que el camino era fácil, caminando "no climbing", pero no es verdad, es muy corto, pero muy empinado hay que ir con cuidado.
Si tenéis tiempo, no os perdáis llegar al anfiteatro, son 600 o 700m. andando y camino llano, es ver un poco más de Petra más allá del Siq y El Tesoro. Os lo digo porque muchísima gente ni siquiera supo de esa opción, estuvieron 10 o 15 minutos en el tesoro y de vuelta.
Si cogéis un carrito eléctrico, tened en cuenta que para volver pueden haber colas enormes y quizá no os espere vuestra excursión. Eso es algo que también nos contaron que había pasado, con lo cual, habiendo pagado ida y vuelta tuvieron que perder la vuelta.
Hicimos dos paradas durante el camino, una por la mañana y otra por la tarde, pero fueron rápidas yo diría que 10m. No fuimos a comer, llevábamos bocadillos y fruta del barco, que aunque lo hicimos con discreción, te la dejan coger sin problema.
Embarcamos a la hora que estaba prevista, era ya noche cerrada.
Para que lo tengáis en cuenta si vais con un tour privado, os diré que al salir del puerto tuvimos unos minutos de confusión. Hay un gran parking vallado donde estan los buses de las agencias, y nos pusimos a buscar a nuestro guía sin éxito. Era el primer día e íbamos aún con la lógica desconfianza, pensamos que nos habían dejado tirados, a mí casi me da un infarto, pero de pronto alguien dijo que había como una salida en la valla, fuimos hacia allí y, 'et voilá!' allí estaban todos los guías con su correspondiente cartelito esperando a su grupo, porque al parecer no los dejan entrar. Fue el momento
alivio después de los intensos minutos que precedieron. Así que, si vais por privado, dirigiros hacia la derecha nada más salir al exterior, como si quisierais rodear el edificio, y allí encontraréis a vuestro guía.

Le mande un mensaje a Riasa, pero me ha dicho que un familiar esta en el hospital y no podia atenderme y me ha pasado el contacto de Andres. Para Ijen me ofrece 125 euros por persona, lo cual me parece caro, ya que he visto que por 150e vamos 2, aun no hemos hablado de otros dias, pero me parecen precios altos. Alguna recomendación de otro guia bueno que no nos vaya a cobrar tanto?

Lo de ir a ver el Ijen desde Ubud lo veo un poco raro. Unas 4 horas hasta Gilimanuk, un barco cada hora que tarda casi otra en su recorrido y llegar a Paltuding. Multiplicado por dos.
Vas a estar todo el día con los desplazamientos.
Y en cuanto al artista de Riasa, con el que en su tiempo tuve alguna comunicación, si te cobra un coche de alquiler por asientos deberías mandarlo a pastar.

Gracias por el mensaje! Lo de Ijen es una visita que se me ha metido entre ceja y ceja, y la verdad estuve a 1 metro de lava en hawaii y fue la leche, y me gustaria volver a experimentarlo aunque perdamos un dia.
Riasa al final no puede ayudarnos y nos ha pasado a Andres, nos pide 65 euros al dia por chofer y guia, 45 al dia por chofer solo, y 100e por persona llevarnos a ijen todo incluido, viaje privado, por lo que podriamos viajar con las maletas y no tener que reservar un hotel, por lo que no me parece mala idea.
Le pasé los sitios de interes a los que queriamos ir, y me ha devuelto esto (lo cual no tiene casi nada que ver, y parece mas copy paste de una web).

Estuve en Nepal en Abril del 2017 haciendo el trekking de los Annapurnas y sin duda recomiendo a Sishir Dakhal. Además estaba estudiando castellano y se defendía.
Preparó el trekking con mucho esmero y siempre ajustandolo a mis deseos.
Me invitó a cenar en un restaurante típico nepalí y estuvo preocupado por que saliera todo según lo planeado durante todo el trekking.
Como me sobraban días al acabar el trekking me sugirió hacer el safari en Chitwan y fue todo un acierto.

• This riparian area attracts a variety of wildlife. Elk and bison graze in grassy meadows along the river. Bison also eat grasses in the sagebrush flats on the benches above the river. Moose eat willows that line the waterway, and beaver strip bark.
• Tras esto seguimos subiendo a Elk Ranch Flats Turnout. Una vez lleguemos a Moran Junction deberíamos irnos ya para abajo. Esa zona la exploraremos al día siguiente. Si a las 5:30-6 estamos saliendo de aquí, es buena hora.
• Ahora bajaremos al Motel El Rancho (hay 40 mins), y podemos ir a cenar (recomendado Million Dollar Cowboy Bar) o descansar hasta el Rodeo a las 8. Al rodeo se va andando, está al lado (y al lado del bar ese)
DÍA 2
• Nada más pasar la Moose entrance, hacemos el Menors Ferry Historic District Tour
o 0.3 mile RT, 1⁄2 hour, Easy.
o Tour a historic homestead and ferry on the Snake River and visit the Chapel of the Transfiguration.
• Después paramos en Windy Point y más adelante hacemos el Taggart Lake Trailhead:
o 3.0 miles RT, 2 hours, 350 ft total climbing, Easy. Out-and-back trail traverses sagebrush flats and forests to a lake with views of the Grand Teton.
o Taggart Lake and Beaver Creek
o Willows growing along Beaver Creek provide food for moose. Elk graze on lush grasses and deer browse on shrubs while black bears sometimes frequent the area.
• Tras esto paramos en Teton Glacier Turnout y en South Jenny Lake Junction cogemos un barco que nos cruza al otro sito, donde haremos un trail a Hidden Falls: Si vamos mal de tiempo, este barco y trail no hace falta cogerlo, son más bonitas otras cosas.
o Via shuttle boat: 1.2 mile, 1+1⁄2 hours, 180-feet total climbing, Easy-Moderate.
o El barco sale cada 10-15 mins y cuesta 12D ida y vuelta por persona.
• Una vez volvemos al coche, seguimos y paramos en Cascade Canyon Turnout. Después giramos a la izquierda en North Jenny Lake Junction y tienes una carretera de un solo sentido, Jenny Lake Road, que tendrás que coger al noreste del lago, en North Jenny Lake Junction (así primero subirás un poco al norte para luego bajar, y volver a subir otra vez, pero no hay otra manera). En esa carretera tienes un mirador señalizado, Jenny Lake Overlook, que tiene unas vistas preciosas del lago con todas las montañas al fondo. Si el día es claro, se reflejan las cumbres nevadas en el lago, y es una pasada.
• Tras esto nos daremos prisa e iremos a Oxbow Bend Turnout, uno de los mejores sitios para ver animales. Haremos el mirador y la carretera hacia Moran. Podemos hacer incluso la Pacific Creek Rd e ir hasta el Two ocean lake y pasear por allí, según el tiempo.

Hola. Les comento que en febrero viajaremos con mi esposa y sobrina 1 semana al norte de la provincia de Neuquen . Cada vez que hacemos u
n viaje de este tipo, a regiones poco turisticas y poco promocionadas, les comento un poco sobre la misma para que tengan mas alternativas al momento de elegir.
Pararemos en la localidad de Varvarco, en la zona dominada por el monte Domuyo. Es una zona muy solitaria, muy linda, a la que ya fuimos hace muchos años, donde hay mucha actividad volcanica, con muchos lugares con aguas termales y es ademas el unico lugar en el pais con geisers como Las Olletas, El humazo, y otros. Hay tambien muy bellas cascadas como las de Manzano Amargo y La Fragua, y visitaremos tambien unas remotas lagunas muy cercanas al limite con Chile como son las lagunas Varvarco Tapia, Varvarco Campos y la laguna Fea, de dificil acceso.
