Since October 2005, the IBIT Foundation is conducting a study about the Use, need and impact of multimedia tourist information from the Balearic Islands on the Internet. The study analyses the information needs of tourists and travellers visiting Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The research also focuses on the format preferences (text, video, audio...) before, during the stay and after the holiday.
With the aim of obtaining direct feedback from travellers, the IBIT is running a survey that can be completed on-line until the 30th of September:
