Over the years, more places have required payment for parking to help build infrastructure and maintain/protect the area. To make it easier and to help you plan, here’s a list of places and how much you can expect to pay during your travels. Most places can be paid through the Parka or Easy Park apps (best to have both). Some places may also have a kiosk or QR code to pay. Checkit.is is also used for some payments. (Please note: The prices listed are for regular passenger vehicles. Prices may vary depending on the type and size of vehicle you have.)
Just yesterday they are paving the lot at Hengifoss. Not sure if it might be a paid parking in the future.
If you see anything missing from the list, please comment below and I’ll get it added.

My parents took a trip to Sri Lanka in which they counted on Mahesh and returned delighted. A few months later I also visited the country with a group of friends and we asked Mahesh for help to manage the train tickets for Kandy - Nuwara Eliya / Nuwara Eliya - Ella, since we were a very large group and the tickets go on sale a month before the right date and sell out very quickly. Mahesh tried very hard and
He finally got us all the tickets and was pending throughout the trip in case we needed anything. Thank you for everything![ /quote]

Quote="EduMP"]Buenas a todos,

Yo he estado ya 3 veces en Nepal y siempre he caminado solo.
3.- Anteriormente he viajado siempre en marzo-Abril. Creeis que puedo pillar lluvia en mayo?
MUCHAS GRACIAS.
NAMASTE!
Alberto

I´ve just come back from a great trip to Nepal and I had the best experience trekking with Avi. He is probably not only the best guide you can find to help you with your trekk, but also an amazing person. But let´s start from the beginning.
I was wandering around the streets of Thamel, when Avi "found" me and approached me. Although it was only my 2 day in Thamel I had already enough from all those Nepali scammers and sellers that come near you trying to sell you ANYTHING (from tiger balm to weed or a trekk to the mountains...). However, the way Avi talked to me was different. I immediately understood he was different from the others that just saw me as some kind of "walking-money". After a few minutes of conversation, he gave me his card and told me to take my time to think about it, and offered a tea to discuss the trekk in case I was interested. I went directly after to take that tea with him and his honesty and good heart made easy for me to "choose" him as my guide for the trekk. The day after he invited me for a tea at his flat and I could see where my money was going. This is not like the big agencies around thamel that clearly have the money already. Here you are helping someone that does his job because he loves it, but also to provide for a family with 2 young daughters. I could see that even though they live in a very humble place, Avi offered me everything I needed. He borrowed me one of his backpacks for the trekk and also told me he would take a hat, gloves, telescopic poles and a sleeping bag that he would carry for me in case I need it. After claryifying the details, he took me to a local place for lunch, where we also met another girl looking for a trekking. Again, Avi was super kind to her and eventhough taking one more person meant more money for him, he talked to me and let me decide if we would take her or not with us. I thought 3 would be better and it would mean more money for Avi, who after Covid struggled to keep his family and house fine. Avi also helped her a lot to find the materials she needed for the trekk and even borrow and carry most of them.
Once in the trekk, Avi is not just a guide, he is a friend. But obviously he knows a lot about the area. We did the Annapurna circuit and as he promised from the beginning, every time he could find us free or cheaper accomodation/food he did it. He also help us constantly to get...
Quote::
it is recommended to book a seat before boarding any train during the following peak seasons:
April 27 to May 6
August 11-20
December 28 to January 6
en cualquier JR Ticket Office (at any train station)
esto no lo sabía!
You can also make reservations at the ticketing machines in any train station (available from July 1st, 2020)
Quote::
you will be asked about your destination and preferred departure time. You can also look up the train times in advance, or get help from one of the friendly staff members to find the best option for your trip.
You are given your reserved seat ticket, stating departure time, arrival time, train name, car, and seat.
For example: Nagoya - Kyoto / 14:19 - 15:11 / Hikari 513, Car 11, Seat 5-B.
Quote::
Can I book a seat in advance?
Yes, you can book a seat on a JR train up to a month in advance. This means that if you already have your itinerary mapped out, you can make seat reservations for your entire stay in Japan.

We did the Annapurna circuit and as he promised from the beginning, every time he could find us free or cheaper accomodation/food he did it. He also help us constantly to get what we wanted and to feel as much comfortable as possible. For the first days, he shared with us some cucumbers with himalayan salt that he bought in Kathmandu. He was also always there to offer his food in case we were still hungry. And even with the other girl, he stayed for the whole time next to her, walking at her pace and supporting her since she was struggling to accomplish the trekk. He was really supportive with her and even when she decided to quit for health reasons, he helped her organising her transport back down, getting her the best service and the best price (I was there when he was bargaining for the price).
The last part of the trekk we did it alone the 2 of us. I cant be happier of having completed the Annapurna circuit with a friend like Avi. With him I felt safe and that I could always trust him. After we finished, I saw how other tourists had many problems regarding altitude sickness. However, Avi took me through the right steps and together we managed to pass by 5416m without any symptom.
I travel to Thailand often and you people are such a huge help. So thanks for that!
I’ll have a few spare days before and after a liveaboard dive trip to the Similan Islands and I’d like to make the most of them. I’m into nature, beaches, hiking and good, authentic food. I’m less about nightlife or bar scenes. What area should I stay? I’d love a boutique style hotel (rather than a monster resort mini city) or private room in a hostel. If it’s in the jungle, even better! Should I make the trek down to Phuket city? Most of what I read about it sounds like a loud, polluted party. Khao Lak seems like a slower pace. Is it a nice jumping off point for jungle excursions/hikes?

Alguna experiencia con World Nomads?
Is the cancellation insurance still valid?
Yes, in the event that you needed to cancel the trip in full, then you would be more than welcome to submit your claim for the on-refundable expenses you already incurred. There is no time limit as to when you need to buy the insurance and when you book flights or accommodation.
The unlimited medical expenses in Explorer Plan are also for her?
Yes, once your daughter is named on the Certificate of Insurance, you will both be covered under the overseas emergency medical cover under the Explorer Plan. The benefits are per person.
Do you have assistance in Spanish in case of Emergency?
Our Emergency Assistance Team primarily speak in English however, if a Spanish speaker is required they do have access to an interpreter line where they can request assistance in Spanish for you.
When you're ready, the quickest way to get a quote for the trip is online via our website.
I do hope this helps, and please feel free to reach out if we can be of any further help.
If you are looking forward to rent a car Dubai for your trip to the UAE, then this article is for you. Car rental Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the UAE for a short or long flight can be quite confusing due to multiple rules and regulations enforced in the UAE. Before planning your trip to the UAE, you should consider the tips mentioned in the article to be prepared for the worst.
Tips to consider to rent a car Dubai or in any other place in the UAE
The following tips will be essential for you if you are looking for a car rental Abu Dhabi or Dubai. They are:
Know the rules and regulations
In case you are looking forward to ren a car for a long time in the UAE, you must know the laws and regulations to rent a car Dubai. They are:
• If you are a citizen from any one of the Gulf countries, you will not be required to get a new driver’s license in the UAE. You can drive the car rental Abu Dhabi by yourself with the help of your country’s driver’s license.
• In case you belong to another country other than the ones mentioned in the previous point, then you need to have an International driver’s permit (IDP). The IDP must have been issued by the country that issued your driving license. Without an IDP, you will not be able to rent a car Dubai.
• Since you are a visitor to the UAE, you will not be able to drive any private cars over there. You are only allowed to drive rental cars.
Search on the internet
If you search on the internet “rent a car Dubai,” you will get a lot of websites that provide small and budget-friendly cars to luxury cars. The rent usually varies from 125 USD to 200 USD depending on the type of car you are availing. Do not make the final decision by searching vehicles on a single website. Shop around for a while to know for sure which company do you think is the best. In case you are planning to rent the car for a while, you have to be extracareful.
Status of the car
When you rent a car Dubai, you have to make sure to check the status of the vehicle thoroughly before renting it. Most car rental companies in Dubai or Abu Dhabi offer test drives to their customers before they can make up their minds. You must avail of this service and note all the faults of the automobile. Also, do not forget to check if the car has any dents. If you find any, you should notify the company immediately.
Insurance for the car
Before availing of a car rental Abu Dhabi service, do not forget to get a rental-insurance. Since you are renting a car in a foreign country, you must be aware of all the rules of the country. Insurance will help you a lot if you get into any trouble with the rented car.
Policies for renting
Before finalizing the car, you must read the “terms and conditions” of the company while taking a car rental Abu Dhabi service. In other countries of the UAE, too, this point is applicable. You must check all the aspects of the company’s policies.
Registration of the vehicle
In case you select a car rental Abu Dhabi or Dubai, you must make sure the car has a strong record. You can do this by asking the car rental company for the original registration papers of the vehicle and then make a photocopy of the permission papers.
Though renting a car in a foreign country can be intimidating at times. It is scarier if you are going to rent a car Dubai or any other place in the UAE. But if you follow the rules of the respective country and lease the... Leer más ...
