At the Wishes dessert party they gave out a plate of brownies and fruit
-Contempo Cafe in the Contemporary has gluten free cupcakes
-Terra Treats in AK has gluten free snacks
-A couple places have flourless chocolate cakes on their menu I think Boma is one of them
-The Mara at AKL has gluten free zebra domes
-Beaches and Cream since their snacks are ice cream, you would just have to change it or have them make a gluten free version if it had a brownie or something in it
-At POFQ they have gluten free beignets
-I heard Raglan Road has a couple gluten free desserts to choose from like a strawberry crumble
-L'Artisan de glace at Epcot has sorbet and other ice cream treats my boyfriend enjoyed
-La Catina de San Angel had good small tacos that were gluten free
-Be Our Guest has a gluten free lemon creampuff
-Dole Whips
-At Sunshine Seasons in Epcot it said they have rice pudding, creme brulee, coconut macaroons for gluten free
-In Disney Springs there's also Ghiradelli which does ice cream, a gelato place, and the Ganachery which has chocolate

If you are eating a counter service meal, which means you picked up your food at a counter and a Cast Member will not be stopping by your table to refill your drink, there is no rule saying you have to order an Adult Meal. Kids’ Meal choices range from burgers and chicken fingers to ham sandwiches and hot dogs. Kids ‘Meals do not fall into the gourmet food category unless perhaps you are dining at a table service meal at one of the many fine dining experiences Disney has to offer, and because of the “9 and under” clause applies for those kids’ meals, you can’t order those for yourself anyway.
Segun eso en los QS podrias hacerlo ya que nadie te va a mirar, en los TS tienen el "9 o menores" así que se pasaria no se hasta que punto te controlaran la edad.

¿Y con el DP de Quick Service da para desayunar, comer y cenar? Es que no lo entiendo muy bien. Te dan la taza y 1 snack. Con eso entiendo que haces el desayuno ¿no es así? Y luego 2 créditos de quick, con lo que harías la comida y la cena. ¿Es así?
Mas o menos, ellos te dan los creditos y tu te los gastas como quieras, puedes gastarlos por la manhana para desayunar o todos para cenar.

Perfectamente, fue el plan de comidas que llevé yo este año, eso sí, mirando en qué sitios íbamos a comer y dónde íbamos a gastar los snacks, para tratar de rentabilizar al máximo, hay unos enlaces este mismo hilo donde habla de los mejores sitios donde gastar tus créditos, como por ejemplo el desayuno en el be our guest de Magic Kingdom, etc.,
Ahora lo que te queda es estudiar mucho, porque hay información para aburrir

Vuelve la oferta de un crédito QS de regalo al día para TODOS los value, QDP para los Moderate y DP para los Deluxe
Al parecer se están rumoreando algunos cambios en el DP, como tener dos créditos de snacks al día en vez de uno como ahora ( años atrás el QDP tenía 2snacks al día, así que mola si vuelven a ponerlos)
