Acabamos de llegar de Indonesia y hemos hecho el tour de 3D/2N con Vinsensius. El resultado no ha sido nada bueno. Pagamos 6 millones. Una vez que recibió el dinero no le volvimos a ver el pelo. No lo recomiendo. Vimos otros barcos mucho mejor acondicionados y limpios que el nuestro y la atención por parte de Vinsensius deja mucho que desear.

We finished our Komodo tour 10 days ago and you have not asked us anything about how it was. Well, I am going to give you feedback anyway and tell you my next steps about it.
We are very happy that we decided to go to Komodo because the place is really beautiful but we found your attitude, organization and quality of the service as absolutely HORRIBLE. I tell you why:
- Your only interest from us was to be paid. First with the international transfer that we had to do with a cost of 500.000 Rupis; and then because we had to pay you all the rest as soon as we arrived in the car. After we paid you, we knew NOTHING about you, we did not hear anything from you.
- The planning of the trip was changed by you and you just told me when we had already paid.
- We expected to do a trek of 3 hours in Komodo island and when we arrived the office was closed so we had to do the short one.
- We had no details about the trip, just a conversation of 2 minutes with you. Absolutely not enough.
- The staff of the boat did not speak english (UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!) so we could not ask anything about the islands or even what we were going to do each day, how long we could stay in each spot... NOTHING!!!!
- We saw ther boats during the trip and our boat was the worst by far.
- I told you about the toilet before you went away and you did nothing. We saw other boats toilets and they were clean.
- We found lots of COCKROACH and bugs in the bathroom.
- We did not have a place to stay upstairs with hammocks as other boats have.
- We finished our trip at 11 am the last day so we had to wait so long in the airport, when we could have stayed in the boat snorkeling or sunbathing.
- And the last thing is that you told us you will send a driver to drop us off in the airport. But you sent a taxi that WE HAD TO PAY!!! Another extra cost!!
The conclusion is that all you care about is your money so you try to give the cheapest service to get more money. You don't care at all about the client.
My next step, now that I can't do anything from my country, is to write my opinion about your service in several forums. I don't want that other tourist trust in you as I did and have the same bad service we received.

Hola, yo acabo de llegar, 3 noches debLabuam a Lombok.. 1.4 x persona q acab siendo 1.68 con todas las entradas.
Barco apañado, gente maja, comida normal, lo malo en nuestro caso ha sido el tiempo el último día.
Buena experiencia.
Acabo de llegar a Lombok y voy a comer, luego pongo más, pero el consejo es q no contratéis nada desde España, allí hay una calle llena de agencias y tiendas en las q puedes regatear. En nuestro caso como el barco se iba solo con 6 nos bajo el precio a 1.4
Importante ir en barco con poca gente!!!

Hola, que precio te han dado si se puede saber? se me hace un pelin caro, siendo compartido, ya que a parte hay que pagar entradas, etc etc...

A nosotros nos pedía 7.500.000 para 2 personas en barco privado 2D2N (el 3er día nos dejaba por la mañana para coger el avión). Le regateamos y nos bajó a 6.500.000. Al final ya digo que no lo contratamos.

Te ha pasado justo lo mismo que a nosotros. Al final vamos sólo un día (el 22) y el siguiente ya lo contrataremos allí.
Yo creo que iré con vicent el tour de 3D/2N así yendo en privado nos puede dejar el último día en el aeropuerto para cogef el avión a las 16.30.
Me ha garantizado que él vendrá con nosotros y que el barco estará bien. Me he preocupado un poco al leer los últimos comentarios, pero espero q vaya todo bien y se porte. De hecho, hay gente que ha quedado muy contenta. Os iré contando y gracias a todos por la info. De esta forma le he podido meter caña a vicent
Vissensius. Este post va dedicado en exclusiva a este personaje. Cuidado con él. Ya no acompaña a los turistas, no tiene coches ni barcos, simplemente vende y se queda con comisiones. Hasta aquí podría estar bien, pero el problema viene como vende.
Voy a explicar nuestra experiencia con este tipo. Fuimos de Labuan Bajo a Lombok en un crucero de los de 4 días 3 noches. Partimos el 12 de agosto de 2015.
Tras negociación y regateo se quedo con un itinerario y en nuestro caso una transporte final, es decir, al finalizar nos recogian y llevaban al hotel de Senggigi.
La excursión terminaba sobre las 16h del cuarto día.
Al llegar a Labuan Bajo se apresura para cobrar y nos trae un papel de la agencia donde se detalla todo. Incluso el transfer final.
Al día siguiente nos viene a buscar al hotel y nos acompaña al barco. Allí coincidimod con 7 catalanes con el mismo programa y precio que nosotros dos.
Hata la tarde del tercer día, todo fue correcto, algo diferente al programa pero no sustancial ni importante. Nos dicen que llegaremos sobre las 6h de la mañana a Lombok. Nuestra sorpresa y sacar los papeles, y el guía, por llamarlo de alguna manera, sin ningún tapujo, dice que esta agencia, la de los papeles de Vissensius, no es la suya, que este no es el programa, nos muestra el suyo, y es lo que hay. Llamada a Vissensius, charla entre ellos y sorry sorry de Vissensius. Pero se pierde un día completo. Entre las protestas y demás, se retrasa algo, pero a las 8 y media ya en puerto. Unas 8 horas antes. Y alterando el programa, se quita la visita Gili Bolo.
Y en nuestro caso del transfer no sabían, ni querían saber nada. A pagar de nuestro bolsillo.
El señor Vissensius, que siempre respondía casi al instante, siempre conectado, no cogia el teléfono, ni respondió e mails ni whatsapp.
Todavía estoy esperando que tenga la dignidad de explicarse.
Cuidado con este señor. No te creas nada de lo que te diga.
Pregunta a los del barco que programa van ha realizar.
Sigo de vacaciones por Indonesia y no escribo nunca en foros. Pero veo que hay incautos, como nosotros, que confían en este personaje. Anular todo con el.
Tal vez hubo una epoca que fue un tipo majo y atento. Ahora es un comisionista más sin escrúpulos, te dira lo que quieres oír, te cobrará y adiós.
Creo que se nota lo cabreado que estoy con este tipo.
A mi vuelta quiero que su fama de majote y persona de confianza, sea totalmente cuestionada. Indonesia esta llena de personas excelentes y este tipo no es de ellas.

Pues si, yo no lo hice con él por suerte.. Además en mitad de negociación (q se supone q iba a hacerlo con él) como no le moló q le pidiera descuento (era la primera rebaja q pedía a los 2.2 q me pedía) cogió y me contestó mal diciendo q no podía estar esperándome y q era un poco impresentable!! Whaaaattt???!!!
Le dije q tranquilo q mañana tenía q irme con él, y dejó de contestarme.. Vamos, to tirao me dejó!!
Fui a la carrera a la calle principal, eran más de más 20 horas, y lo saqué x 1.2 más las entradas a komodo (1.478.000 en total) y me enseñaron el barco antes de pagar y además sabía q sólo éramos 10 en un barco de 25.
Con esto me reitero en q todo, absolutamente todo lo consigues aquí al momento y por mucho menos, pudiendo ver las cosas. No reservéis nada desde España, es innecesario
Que otras opciónes hay para dormir en barco en un circuito por el parque nacional de komodo?? Las que he preguntado eran muy caros y floresxp no sale barato, ya que hay que añadir entradas etc.

Nosotros pagamos 6.000.000 (420 euros) por el tour de 3D/2N todo incluido (excepto los billetes de avión): entradas a ambos parques (Rinja y Komodo), comida (mejorable), traslados al aeropuerto (son 10 minutos aunque como os escribo nosotros tuvimos problemas con esto), agua abundante (sin quejas) y café. Es decir, todo incluido excepto los billetes de avión y si querías llevar cerveza, coca cola y cosas para picar (snacks) que corría de tu cuenta.
La comida era abundante aunque disminuyó de calidad a medida que pasaban los días. Algo lógico ya que no llevaban nada para enfriar ni conservar alimentos. En otros barcos vimos como la tripulación pescaba para sus clientes (los nuestros no lo hicieron).
Como ya os digo, desconozco qué otros medios hay para contratar barco allí pero si os diría que no os agobiéis si al final no lo hacéis desde España, cuando lleguéis a Labuan Bajo estoy segura que habrá alguna opción. Si como yo, os quedáis más tranquilos organizándolo desde España tenéis webs como:
Aunque no recuerdo precios. El más barato fue Vinsensius y como tenía buenas críticas en este foro no nos lo pensamos dos veces.
Siento ser portadora de estas noticias pero creo que lo del tema de las cucarachas y la dejadez en el servicio debía compartirlo.

A mí me ofreció un tour de 3D/2N por 5 mill de rupias (incluyendo todo).
Había buscado y tenía una crítica buena en tripadvisor, pero me respondió muy tarde, cuando ya había cerrado el trato con Vinsen.
