Te paso una página de facebook, que tiene mucha información sobre Senegal y la actualizan a diario.
Es de un español que estä viviendo en Senegal en la zona de la Petit-Cote, yo me alojé en su casa y es un tio estupendo.

La zona es una pasada, con manglares, muy cerca de la playa y con una Laguna reserva ornitológica.

En lo de viajar sola no te preocupes, Senegal es un país bastante seguro.
No te pierdas la zona de la Petit-Cote, La Somone, Joal Fadiouth ...etc
Te paso un enlace de un español que tiene una casa allí.
Es un tío estupendo y conoce Senegal como la palma de su mano.
