Buenas, lo que tiene no leer bien. Esta es la información que he sacado de la web oficial del ministerio de exteriores para Montenegro.

"SE RECOMIENDA VIAJAR CON PRECAUCION. Se sugiere leer con atención el resto de estas recomendaciones de viaje.

INFORMACIÓN SOBRE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

1. Movilidad internacional

Toda persona que desee visitar Montenegro puede hacerlo sin necesidad de presentar ninguno de los certificados COVID.

Los aeropuertos de Podgorica y Tivat están operativos. Los puestos fronterizos terrestres permanecen abiertos.

En cualquier caso, se recomienda confirmar con las compañías aéreas la salida de los vuelos y los requisitos en los países de tránsito."
