Hola, soy Crisina, y me gustaría que si hay alguien por ahí que sepa de leyes me oriente un poco.
En junio de este año, más o menos, una amiga y yo fuimos a una agencia de viajes para comprar un viaje combinado de éstos a Australia y Bali. Fuimos varias veces, elegimos las extensiones que queriamos, los hoteles... Nos dieron un precio orientativo, entre 4000 y 4000 y pico, dependiendo de las tasas y no sé que cosas que tenían todavía que confirmar...
El caso es que fuimos pagando poco a poco (yo ya pagué 3000 euros).
Ahora que falta un mes para el viaje nos reducen los días y mantienen el mismo precio, diciendo que si cancelaron aviones que si tal y cual.
El caso, es que ya me he leído la ley de viajes combinados, deberían devolvernos el dinero si no llegamos a un acuerdo, pero NO TENEMOS CONTRATO FÍSICO!!!
Tenemos mailes de la agencia, los recibos de haber ido pagando, pero no tenemos más que el folleto del viaje....
Estamos vendidas?
El contrato verbal tiene validez en estos casos?
