Javivi significa cariño, amor mio y cosas parecidas depende del contexto.
Si escuchas canciones egipcias o marroquís, lo repiten constantemente, son muy románticos en las canciones, lástima que luego con las mujeres no sean igual.

Además de lo dicho por azabache, habibi también significa "afecto,amigo" entre personas o no del mismo sexo (sin ninguna connotación añadida)

Cuando en Egipto te dicen "Hola habibi", ésto se puede traducir de muchas maneras; algunas de ellas pueden ser:
- hola hermano
- hola amigo
Todo con afecto con mayor o menor intención. Un taxista al que le cojas una excursión o un vendedor al que le compres algo, también te dirá "gracias habibi"
