En Siem Reap hay una escuela de hosteleria para niños desfavorecidos que gestiona la Fundación de uno de los fundadores del Grupo Accor (Sofitel, Nocotel, etc...) Se llama Ecole Paul Du Brule y es un restaurante magnífico y además barato. Hay un menú fijo (comida internacional) por 7-8$.
Además, también tiene unas pocas habitaciones. Podéis encontrar información en: www.ecolepauldubrule.org

El Temple como dice brancellao también está muy bien.
