- Top of the Rock (Mirador del edificio Rockefeller)
- Empire State Observatory 86th
------------EMAIL------
Thank you for your interest in Top of the Rock Observation Deck.
In order to be granted entry using a C3 City Pass, you may visit our box office and redeem your pass for timed entry tickets. Yes, you will need to reserve a timeslot. Unfortunately redemption cannot be completed via phone or web. You are not required to print out the C3 City Pass QR codes. It is okay to display them on your device(s) at the box office.
There is a dedicated queue for all pass holders. I highly recommend that you come in before your desired date and time, as entry times may sell out quickly. Our pass and voucher line may at times be longer than the regular cash and credit line due to the high volume of vouchers we receive. Our box office is located at West 50th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues. The entry is marked by a red carpet.
