Of all the places I’ve visited so far, I would dare to say that India is one of those that can truly change your perspective. For better or worse, either you fall in love with it, or it’s not for you, because India is a chaotic and vibrant place, full of intense colors and deep contrasts that can captivate or confuse those who visit its streets and temples. For us, India has been much more than that; it turned out to be an incredible experience, not only because of what the country itself offers tourists, but also because one of the things you don’t see in YouTube videos is the genuine warmth of its people. People who, when you see them, so similar to us and at the same time so different, initially convey a sense of seriousness or anger that melts away into a beautiful and kind smile with just the words “Namaste,” as well as the explosion of sensations that your senses can capture at every corner.
For those who love adventure and enjoy backpacking on their own, India has all the ingredients to fill you with stories to share with friends on a Saturday afternoon or evening. But we have to be realistic, and it’s not that I don’t like that type of travel, but if you have limited time, in my case 15 days, and want to visit the main cities of Rajasthan, you need to have everything well organized to make sure you can achieve it.
In our case, we did a lot of research, both to do it on our own and through an agency, and during that search, we found the website of Mahendra (the father) and Shyam (the son), a small local agency that specializes in Spanish-speaking travelers, and even better, they serve you in Spanish. For us, this agency was the best solution, and not just for us; we met two other groups during the trip who were also with Mahendra and Shyam, and their experience was very similar to ours.
Requirements from Mahendra and Shyam: having your plane tickets purchased and a copy of your passport. The payments for the trip are made in two phases: the first half as soon as you arrive in India and they pick you up at the airport, and the second half when there are 3 or 4 days left before the end of the trip.
The entire trip was a truly enriching experience. In other trips we’ve taken, we’ve encountered agencies that book you some good hotels and others that you don’t know how to handle, but in the case of Mahendra and Shyam, all the hotels were perfect, beautiful, and clean.
We met with Mahendra and Shyam during the trip (without interfering much) to ensure we were traveling comfortably, and they gave us a phone number with WhatsApp to contact them in case of an emergency.
Traveling through India was actually very easy, thanks to the fact that we had a car with a driver, specifically our driver Kamlesh Kumar, a 23-year-old young man who, when you meet him, doesn’t seem so young—not because he looks older... Leer más ...
I would like to ask for a favor. Tomorrow, on Sunday 12.1.2020 I need to move from Malaga to Nerja where I will stay for a few weeks. I have a travel bag, hand luggage and two boxes with me. Hello Whitten, it's a shame that 1354 people have read your post but nobody has responded. Although I am a bit late as your trip was three years ago, I wanted to share with you a company that treated me very well on my travels to Malaga - they are called thetransfercompany.net. (I apologize if it is not allowed to post links to companies on the forum - please let me know, and I will edit my post accordingly.) It seems like nobody has written anything, not even a suggestion. It's as if the forum were empty. But I wanted to post to show that it's still active. Malaga is a luxurious city, and Nerja is also lovely, although there are a lot of tourists there!

Nos dirigimos a Usted en respuesta al escrito que nos ha transmitido, relativo al crucero que realizaron a bordo del COSTA FASCINOSA con salida el pasado 07/07/2018, donde nos indica su disconformidad respecto a determinados servicios recibidos a bordo.
Lamentamos profundamente que el crucero que han realizado no haya logrado satisfacerles por completo. Si bien los esfuerzos y dedicación de la Compañía están orientados a satisfacer plenamente a sus pasajeros, en casos excepcionales no conseguimos estar a la altura de sus expectativas. Le agradecemos que hayan compartido con nosotros sus observaciones y comentarios y le informamos que serán transmitidos a los departamentos correspondientes para que sean tenidos en consideración a fin de mejorar nuestros servicios y nivel de satisfacción de nuestros huéspedes
Respecto a los servicios de restauración, los menús y el paquete de bebidas contratado, sentimos que no hayan sido del completo agrado de nuestros clientes, no obstante, les informamos que todo el servicio que se presta a bordo y en especial este servicio, se encuentra permanentemente monitorizada por personal con amplia experiencia. No obstante, les informamos que desafortunadamente en ocasiones y por razones de fuerza mayor es posible que ciertos ingredientes de determinados tipos de combinados o incluso ciertas bebidas no puedan ser suministrados en las cantidades requeridas o no estén disponibles. Y aunque siempre disponemos de alternativas, de características similares, que pueden reemplazar a los anteriores productos entendemos que determinados pasajeros demanden productos de marcas y características concretas ya que los ofrecidos no coinciden con sus preferencias. Así mismo, les informamos que debido a la gran concurrencia de pasajeros y a la ocupación que presentan nuestros cruceros durante la temporada de verano es posible que se produzcan esperas en los despachos de los servicios.
En cuanto a las mencionadas incidencias en los servicios de limpieza en su cabina y la atención recibida en nuestro departamento de Hospitality, lamentamos profundamente los comentarios que nos transmiten. Siempre que desembarcan nuestros pasajeros, los empleados de cabina realizan una limpieza en profundidad de las mismas.
Finalmente adjuntamos las condiciones de la promoción "Satisfacción o reembolso" que exigen desembarcar las 24 primeras horas. Lamentamos por lo tanto no poder acceder a su solicitud de reembolso.

I would like to do this topic to help all travelers in Spain could get the information about Hanoi city and Halong bay Vietnam.
This place is also for all members could share the experiences and journey to North of Vietnam.
Our esteemed guest forgot to mention that there flight was landed before time & representative from Glimpses Holidays reached on time to airport to pick them up but they left the airport without even intimating or calling us. Although we provided them at least four persons cell phone numbers in case of any misunderstanding.
First of all I want to clarify that the lady who posted these comments was not doing correspondence with us & not aware of all facts during fixing of the tour. For this hotel we have already informed Mr. Luis Egea (person who was doing correspondence with us) in our reservation status with hotel's website & after his acceptance we booked the hotel in Mount Abu. But this Man was sent back to Spain in Jodhpur just before Mount Abu by these ladies & without the man who did all correspondence with us & booked the tour these ladies didn't know any thing about remaining hotels & services booked. Hotel was booked after acceptance of the Mr. Luis & prepaid. Also no other options were available there in their economy budget choice of hotels.
In above point these clients are completely lying. It is to inform all travelers that we provided them Spanish Speaking guide at Kathmandu, & English Speaking guide at Pokhara & Nagarkot as Spanish speaking guides are not available in Pokhara & Nagarkot. Which can be confirm with any Nepal based agency too. We have given them Toyota Hiace in Nepal which everyone knows that very comfortable for 4 or even 5 persons. We have given them hotel in all three places involve in their trip Kathmandu, Pokahra & Nagrkot. We have given them Mountain Flights too with all transfers & we have bill & proof of all given services too, So I am stunned to see how a traveler after taking all services can write against us like above. Further I want to share you all that these clients from day one were very fussy & later very clever too. Even before their final departure they were seeking for huge amount of money as compensation by saying this & that point & threatened us verbally that they will write against us in every forum if we will not fulfill their demands & now they are doing same thing for bad name of company which is not good at all to mislead others.

¡Que sorpresa! he estado de viaje y cuando viajo no suelo entrar en internet y resulta que Glimpses ha contestado.
Ratifico lo que dice Maphalda: el vuelo llegó en hora y nos encontramos "tirados" en el aeropuerto de Delhi, nos fuimos los últimos y perdimos toda la mañana discutiendo con el individuo que tenía que habernos recogido.
Este señor miente con total descaro, yo también comunicaba con la agencia, de hecho fui la primera que contacté con ellos.
Todo lo que contamos es rigurosamente cierto y el maravilloso coche para 4 o 5 personas resultó que hasta las maletas (una mediana por persona) tuvieron que ir en la baca porque no había espacio en el maletero. Tenemos fotos de todo.
