Lo del 100% + 25% y 50% de descuento quién lo ha dicho? esq en pullmantur no nos han querido dar información y nosotras tenemos un problema añadido... Tenemos que irnos esta semana de vacaciones sí o sí... Perdemos los días

Mery, es lo que me ha dicho la de pullmantur,el 100% de lo que se ha pagado,+ 25% de indemnización , y el 50% de descuento en crucero desde el 15 de setiembre hasta el 15 de junio del año que viene, vaya excluyen verano, fíjate. Que es la información que disponen, y mañana llegará la notificación detallada a las agencias.

Aquí estamos en Barcelona, mañana a buscarnos la vida para volver a Madrid. Al parecer se ha roto un eje, que afecta a la velocidad de propulsión, pensaban que sería posible repararlo en Nápoles y seguir nuestro crucero, pero no fue así...Lo llevan a Marsella a reparar, tienen que sacarlo del agua, cuanto tardarán en llegar a Marsella?? A saber..Los del 17, cancelados.Yo con suerte, estoy ya en el hotel, otros se les espera a las 4 de la mañana, en el Prat. Hoy un día agotador...

Nos han fastidiado bien al cancelar el crucero, pero haber si podeis decirme algo sobre las excursiones, ¿ Nos van a devolver el dinero ? En mi caso contraté las excursiones con Tuitalia y aboné el importe de todas las excursiones.
Alguien sabe algo o le ha pasado alguna vez y me puede decir cual es la forma de proceder ahora ?

Yo te aconsejaria hablar con Tui mañana, quizas te lo reembolsen, es algo generalizado por lo q no se hara la excursion, sino reclama el importe a Pullmantur al igual q los gastos de viajes y demas...lo siento mucho...

Desde el hilo de los que con suerte podamos zarpar el día 31, un fuerte abrazo a todos y doblemente para los que iban a hacer su primer crucero como es mi caso. Se que probablemente nada os pueda reconfortar, pero la vida sigue y el Mediterraneo estara en su sitio para otra ocasion. Animaros, por que no queda otra y teneis la solidaridad y el apoyo de todos los compañeros del foro. Un abrazo fuerte a todos.

Gracias Jose Juan, sí realmente era nuestro primer crucero y estamos muy tristes por ello, llevamos 6 meses con el crucero contratado, vacaciones solicitadas y no puede ser.

Caceca hemos hablado con pullmantur y han dicho que solo se hacen cargo de lo que este contratado con ellos. Nosotros le pedíamos lo del ave Madrid-BCN y nos han ducho que no.

Weno chicos, era de esperar... Ya dije que no me fiaba nada de nada. Yo llevo 4 horas pegado al ordenador buscando viajes, y porfin tengo algo mas o menos claro. Que ni una averia, ni nadie nos quite las ganas de viajar ni disfrutar de la vida!!! Animo chicos!!! Hay que ser positivos, quizas la alternativa al crucero, sea vuestras mejores vacaciones de vuestra vida. Todo pasa por algo.
