Hasta nuevo aviso el Castillo de Miravet modifica su horario los sábados y domingos: CERRADO DE 13: 00h A 15: 00h. *
HORARIO CASTILLO (hasta nuevo aviso):
Sábado y domingo 10: 00h a 13:00 (+30) y 15: 00h a 17:00 (+30)
Martes a viernes 10: 00h a 17: 00h (+30)
* Esta modificación viene dada por la Agencia Catalana del Patrimonio Cutural de la Generalidad de Cataluña gestora del monumento.

Así que para salir del paso acabamos comiendo un menú en unos de los dos bares con terraza que hay en plaza del arenal... Es el Bar Amadeo y el otro el Bar Mariola

Este cántaro, perteneciendo a la tipología de engaño, tiene varios pitorros pero no se sabe por cual mana, de forma que cuando uno va a beber y no lo acierta, mana por el lateral y se moja. Pero lo más curioso es que no se llena como los demás, sino que se llena por la base, a través de un sifón interior. Una vez lleno el agua sólo puede salir por el único pitorro abierto. Además la pieza está rematada por una torre de dos ansas con un pájaro (moixó) que normalmente indica por donde se bebe.
El Pitxell del Moixó es poco frecuente en Cataluña y su técnica de modelado es de las más difíciles, digna de los mejores maestros en la profesión.

El pueblo ha sido refugio de artistas, - el Cadaqués de Tarragona he leido por ahí-, y el Palau de Miravet es hoy Centro de Arte Joaquín Mir y un sitio con encanto dónde alojarse! además con historia
