We have regrettably been forced to cancel flights to/from Aqaba Airport between Sat 11 Nov - Fri 15 Dec due to operational restrictions beyond Ryanair’s control. Affected passengers will be notified of their options to either change flight or to receive a full refund by email/SMS.

A fecha 18/04/2020 ME CANCELAN EL VUELO (DOC 3)
Me pongo en contacto con ellos con e-mail y contacto por chat con ellos mediante su aplicación de chat llamada AVA a fecha 26 abril 2020 y me dicen que reembolsan el dinero del billete Número de caso xxxxx • 26/04/2020 marcándose el caso como asignado a fecha 5 mayo 2020 el caso marca Bajo investigación me dan hasta 3 meses para el reembolso (DOC 4 Y DOC 5))
Airasia en su términos de contrato de viaje en el punto 9.2 C (Documento 7) dice lo siguiente

El pasado 09/02/2020 compre unos billetes de avión con la compañía de Vietjetair con Nº de reserva XXX a nombre de XXX y XXX. Un vuelo de Hanoi a Hue con salida el 18/05/2020 a las 19:15, con número de vuelo VJ567. (Adjunto DOC 2 que lo verifica)
El 30 de Abril del 2020 recibo un correo con cambio de vuelo y números de teléfonos y mail para ponerme en contacto con ellos (ADJUNTO DOC 3 QUE LO VERIFICA)
El nuevo vuelo sale a las 09:55 con una diferencia de casi 10 horas, cambiando también el número de vuelo por el VJ569 (ADJUNTO DOC 5 QUE LO VERIFICA).
Atendiendo a los términos y condiciones de Vietjet que se pueden ver en su web en el siguiente enlacewww.vietjetair.com/ ...s--vietjet en su artículo 10 y 11 copio literal, y subrayo en rojo lo que concierne a las devoluciones por cancelación o cambios de horarios sobrepasados.

Yo estoy en tu misma situación, volaba con Air Arabia --> Tánger a París y regreso. Mi vuelo está cancelado y por lo visto sólo ofrecen modificar fechas o bono para gastar. También me pasa que no puedo viajar más adelante, nuestro viaje era de toda la familia en un momento que difícilmente se volverá a dar...
Me gustaría saber si finalmente te han solucionado el tema pues yo no pienso aceptar ni modificación de fechas ni bono. La Ley dice que nos deben reembolsar el importe de nuestros billetes y así lo voy a reclamar.

En mi caso la tarifa permitía anulación con 200€ de gastos por persona (somos 4 así que son 800€ de penalización). Los billetes nos costaron unos 1700€. Vengo a contar mi experiencia con la excursión de un día desde Marrakech a Outrzazat y Ait Ben Haddou.
No encontré ninguna agencia online que hiciera la excursión el día que podíamos hacerla (un viernes), como por ejemplo Civitatis, de los cuales me suelo fiar.
Así que la contraté en el Riad al llegar allí, no hubo problema con la contratación, y el día señalado nos vinieron a buscar al Riad (25min tarde).
Resulta que este hotel trabaja con una empresa que se llama BEYOND TRAVEL, y es de ella de quien os prevengo.
De las 2 horas que duraba la visita a Ourtzazat, el guía nos tuvo a una tienda de alfombras de unos amigos durante media hora, algunos nos quisimos ir, y "no nos dejó" argumentando que éramos su responsabilidad, y que si nos sucedía algo él tendría problemas.
Después de un paseo por la Kasbah (que es el propósito de la visita) de media hora, nos llevó a comer al restaurante que él eligió, nos sentaron a toda la excursión en la misma mesa, una vez más prácticamente sin opción a elegir.
Al terminar la comida fuimos hacía el autobús, y el guía se puso en la puerta para pedir descaradamente una propina, que por supuesto no le dimos, y al ver que pasaba de él nos espetó algo en árabe. Una experiencia bastante mala.

Hola, Siento tu mala experiencia con ellos, Ya sabes una excursion de un dia a Ouarzazate son muchas horas y no vais a disfrutar de nada , ademas en esta agencia es una de las agencias que ofercen excursiones baratas, pero al final te sale caro ... y Claro en la Kasbah si vais con algun guia es por propina y en la Kasbah hay restaurantes que tienen è euros en el Menu mas barato a las restaurantes donde van todos. Es el problema que en la Plaza o los riads que ofercen excursiones con las empresas en la plaza son baratas, pero ya sabes al final nada ....etc, Lo siento mucho, pero no todas las empresas son asi es mejor contactar con alguna que tienen buenos comentarios y buenos servecios.

Information on visa-free travel via the checkpoint “Minsk National Airport”
According to the Presidential Decree, effective from July 27, 2018, foreign citizens of 74 countries* can enter Belarus for up to 30 days** and exit from the territory of Belarus only through the State border checkpoint of the Republic of Belarus “Minsk National Airport”.
The given order of visa-free movement through the airport does not extend to persons coming to Belarus by plane from the Russian Federation, as well as to those who intend to fly to the airports of the Russian Federation (such flights are considered as internal ones and do not have border control).
The term of visa-free stay is calculated in calendar days; the first day corresponds to the date of arrival, the last day coincides with the date of departure (regardless of the time of arrival and/or departure).
Visa-free regime does not extend to holders of diplomatic, service, special and other passports equivalent to them.
The trip is carried out for private, business, tourist or other purposes not related to employment, commercial activity and education, if the term of education exceeds 30 days.
To enter the Republic of Belarus in the visa-free regime via the checkpoint “Minsk National Airport”, foreign nationals should have the following documents:
- a valid ordinary passport. The passport must be valid at least 90 days beyond intended date of departure from the Republic of Belarus;
- financial means: amount equivalent to not less than 2 base rates for each day of stay or 50 base rates if the stay is full 30 days, in Belarusian rubles or foreign currency;
- a medical insurance policy with coverage for at least 10 000 euros, valid in Belarus during the whole duration of stay.
For citizens of Vietnam, Haiti, Gambia, India, China, Lebanon, Namibia, Samoa a valid multiple visa of the EU member states or Schengen zone with a mark in passport on crossing the border of these states and tickets with confirmation of departure from “Minsk National Airport” within 30 days from the date of entry is a compulsory additional requirement.
NB: When staying in Belarus for more than 5 working days, foreign citizens need to register with the territorial divisions on сitizenship and migration of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Belarus. When staying in hotels, hostels, sanatoriums and other collective accommodation facilities the registration of foreign citizens is carried out by the administrations of such facilities by default upon check-in.
The term of visa-free stay can not be extended beyond the established 30 days.

E retaso del vuelo no se dio en este caso (hasta 7 horas) ya que ambos salieron puntuales o con menos de 7 horas de retraso.

Supongo que se acojen a esto porque tu puedes ir a un hospital donde ellos no tienen acuerdos o dondde es mas caro que el que te quieran mandar ellos. No encuentro qué pasaria si me pilla un coche y quedo inconsciente y me llevan al primer hospital.

Y otra cosa a lo que seguramente columbus se acoja en este caso es que el forero no estaba utilizando un sseguro de viaje ya que no estaba alli de viaje sino como residente y para eso los seguros normales de viajes no sirven.

5. Does this measure apply to a foreign national coming to Beijing, Shanghai or Guangzhou from a certain country (region) with a confirmed air ticket for flying back to the same country (region) where he or she comes from within 72 hours with confirmed date of flight and seat?
Answer: According to the requirements, the 72-hour transit visa exemption measure is for a foreign national passing through Beijing, Shanghai or Guangzhou for a third country or region. Therefore this measure does not apply to a passenger traveling from New York, USA, and stopping over at Beijing on his/her way to Los Angeles, USA.

In case of need to leave the precinct for some special reason, the passenger must apply for a visa to the exit-entry administration department of the municipal public security authorities of Beijing or Shanghai as required by the law.
A foreign national having the 72-hour transit visa exemption should leave China within the permitted time. In case of special need to stay longer than 72 hours, the passenger should apply for the relevant visa to the exit-entry administration department of the municipal public security authorities of Beijing, Shanghai or the province of Guangdong before leaving China as required by the law.
In case a foreign national fails to apply for the required visa, he or she shall be dealt with in accordance with the law for illegal residence in China by the exit-entry administration department of the public security authorities or border control station of the location where such an act is found. The border control authorities are entitled to deny his or her application for the 72-hour transit visa exemption via an airline company the next time because of such a breach.
7. In case a foreign national has entered China with the 72-hour transit visa exemption issued by the Capital Airport of Beijing, can he or she apply to leave China from an airport in Shanghai or at the Baiyun Airport of Guangzhou?

Gracias por tu respuesta carolco. Me has dejado un poco con el miedo en el cuerpo... La visa caducó el 30 de junio de 2015 y en su día dijeron que podía quedarse 30 días más desde ese momento, por lo que dejó el país el día 26 de julio. No hubo ningún problema en la aduana y de hecho en el pasaporte no figura nada... ¿Habrá algún problema?

No te compliques la vida. El visado regula cuándo puedes entrar, pero no cuándo salir. Solo es status migratorio es importante mientras estás en USA. Como casi todos los J o los F, tienen 30 días después de que su fecha del visado acabe, para hacer turismo en USA. Y solo para hacer turismo, no para prolongar el status al que ese visado te da derecho (estudiante, investigador, docente, etc). El I94 ya no se entrega físicamente desde que existe el ESTA.

The following terms and conditions apply for the Transit Visa Scheme in Qatar
A pre-approved transit visa for duration between 5 to 96 hours must be processed through a Qatar Airways Office or through the Qatar Airways website. The duration of stay beyond 96 hours is not permitted under this scheme.
Individual passport per visitor is mandatory (including infants). A clear passport copy is required to be submitted at a Qatar Airways office or through Qatar Airways website. Passport should be valid for minimum 06 months at the time of entry into Qatar.
The processing time for the visa application is a minimum of 07 days excluding Public holidays.
Validity of the visa is for a period of 90 days from the date of issuance and for a single entry only. (Extension of validity is not permitted). A fresh visa application must be submitted.
Entry to the State of Qatar with approved visa must be within 90 days from the date of issuance of visa, passengers are requested to keep this in mind while planning their itinerary and visa submission.
Customers must hold a copy of the approved transit visa at the time of boarding and upon arrival into Qatar.
Confirmed tickets for a journey into Qatar and the onward journey out of Qatar must be on Qatar Airways ticket document. Both the flights must be operated by Qatar Airways. The facility is not applicable for travel where Doha is the point of turnaround e.g. BOM-DOH-BOM.
