Hola a todos, lo mío es de traca....
el año pasado al solicitar el Esta me equivoqué al meter el número del pasaporte (me faltó una letra) y aunque ME VINO APROBADO, en el mostrador de facturación me volcaron. Gracias a un guía de viajes que en ese momento estaba en la fila, me lo volvió a solicitar y gracias a Dios, pudimos tenerlo aprobado en unas horas y así poder continuar el viaje.
El tema es que este año queremos repetir Estados Unidos y aprovechar así el doble gasto que tuvimos con el dichoso Esta. Peeeero, revisando documentación, móvil, ordenador, etc no lo encuentro. O sea, ni digital ni impreso. Ya no recuerdo cómo hicimos.
¿Hay alguna forma de recuperarlo? o tengo que pasar por caja otra vez?
