Conozco la mayoría de esos lugares, y es un gran viaje. Como bien dices, Perú está progresando mucho, el índice de alfabetización ha aumentado considerablemente en pocos años, y eso se nota en todo. En cambio, Bolivia, es el tercer mundo absoluto. Probablemente, muchos países africanos estén mucho más avanzados que Bolivia. Impresionante ver el Licancabur nevado, realmente insólito y bello. 5 estrellas por tan magnífico diario. |
