Si os tenéis que decidir por solo una isla sin duda Rinca, hay algo menos dragones que en Komodo pero Komodo es bastante mas grande, hay que elegir entre 3 rutas (larga, corta y mediana) en agosto elegid la mas boscosa, con mas sombra... En caso de Rinca la mediana podría ser la mejor opción (1 hora y media de paseo)

lo conocí, fui con el a Bidibari una tarde (bueno con el no pero a través de el) quien sabe.. Esas cosas son lotería, 15 días antes de estar nosotros se vio una docena de dragones devorando a un buffalo

Una pregunta, me ofrecen varias excursiones, entre ellas quiero hacer la de los flying fox (merece la pena?) y la del trekking para ver dragones, de las siguientes, cuáles me recomendáis?
- KOMODO / PINK BEACH /MANTA POINT /BATU BOLONG
- RINCA / PENGGA ISLAND / SIABA or SEBAYUR ISLAND
- MANTA POINT / BATU BOLONG
- FISHERMAN VILLAGE / PULAU MESAH
Luego haré dos días de inmersiones de buceo (No sé todavía dónde).
tanto flying fox como Manta point pueden estar muy bien pero nadie te puede garantizar que vas a ver los zorros y mantas
Jooo Baja, te me estas adelantando...........
Nosotros, bueno......... Los demas compois vieron unos zorros a lo lejos y de noche, (yo como ando con cataratas no vi nada, quizas alguna sombra).
Respecto a las mantas estuvimos casi una hora dando vueltas con el barco intentando ver algo y no aparecio niguna y habia por allí como media docena de barcos, se preguntaban unos a otros y ninguno vio nada.
Ahora bien, si vas a Komodo quizas pueda ser interesante intentarlo, Para los zorros tendras que dormir en el barco
Vaya mala suerte con los zorros en kalong island chicos, es una pena con las fotos que hay en Google y luego vas y nada... Me da que pensarme si hacer la excursión o no...
Igual con las mantas... Me parece que en agosto se divisan menos...
A ver si tengo suerte y veo los dragones en Rinca que dicen que se ven más que en Komodo...
Las excursiones las hago desde kanawa... Así que a las 20.30 ya estamos otra vez en la isla...
pero bueno que ánimos¡¡¡¡ con la ilusión que me hace a mí ver los dragones¡¡¡¡¡

Oye cuando hacéis el tour por Rinca o Komodo, tema mosquitos por allí como está??' por saber si me pongo pantalón largo o corto.

En serio......yo lo hice con pantalon corto, sin camiseta y sin repelente y no me pico nadie
La visita a Rinca o Komodo se hace por la mañana. Con pantalon corto vas bien, porque hace calor.
El ver mas o menos dragones es cuestión de suerte. Nosotros estuvimos en ambas y vimos 4-5 en cada isla. En Rinca vimos a una hembra caminando, bebiendo y olisqueando por ahí. La estuvimos siguiendo como a 5-6 metros durante mas de media hora.
Al día siguiente, un australiano que conocimos en Labuanbajo nos dijo que ese día nadie habia visto dragones en Rinca y que hubo un poco de jaleo por la gentre protestando.
Los rangers procuran llevarte donde hay dragones, y si hay alguno fácil de ver se pasan la voz unos a otros.
Nosotros teníamos pactado con el barco ir al manta point a hacer snorkel, ademas de Bibadari, Pink Beach, Kanawa...
La gente del barco nos comentó que Manata Point es un sitio profundo, donde no es facil ver mantas sin sumergirse y no hay otra cosa. Nos dijeron que mucha gente que va se queda sin ver nada, y nos sugirieron cambiarlo por sebayor. Les hicimos caso y fue un acierto (por lo que leo).
Pemalo es la hora que ponen desde kanawa. Por cierto ya se que lo habrás escrito 50 veces... ¿Con qué empresa contrataste el barco? Quiero reducir la estancia en kanawa...

Lo de las 20.30 es la hora que dicen los de kanawa que vuelves a la isla de ver los flying fox. Lo dicen ellos, yo no me lo inventó. Igual es antes por lo que decís.
