Nosotros tuvimos más éxito diciendo "little spicy" que "not spicy". Con "not spicy" a veces parecía que nos entendían al revés y nos ponían extra de picante. Diciéndoles que poco picante nos entendían mejor.

Pero tambien he aprendido en Tailandia que muchas veces perdemos mucho tiempo regateando cuando lo verdaderamente caro para nosotros es el tiempo que pasamos alli, como para perderlo, pero siempre hay que bajar un poco al menos o te comen. (Lonchomalaga dixit)
