La pasta n’casciata es un plato muy típico en Sicilia, se trata de unos macarrones con salsa de tomate enriquecidos con berenjenas, huevos, queso y mortadela

En Capo Tindari, justo al lado de la autopista entre Milazzo y Cefalú, es conocida entre otras cosas por un antiguo yacimiento grecorromano, Tyndaris, la antigua ciudad.
La zona arqueológica de Tindari contiene los restos de la antigua ciudad construida en piedra arenisca: mosaicos, esculturas, así como objetos y cerámicas conservados en parte en el museo local y en parte en el museo de Palermo.
El teatro griego de Tindari es sin duda el monumento antiguo más simbólico de la ciudad. Data del siglo IV a.C. Y fue construido por los griegos, aunque posteriormente los romanos remodelaron la estructura para transformarla en un anfiteatro para los juegos de gladiadores.
