We were denied access to the plane at 6:42 pm. The boarding gate had opened at 6:45 pm and closed at 6:40 pm. Despite the fact that the crew personnel on the plane were waiting until 19:00 with the gate open, the staff at the boarding door refused to allow us to board the plane.

We were a group of six people. Of us, only two managed to board at 18:40; and only after the boarding door staff continuously shouted at them and slammed the door on their backs, hurting one of the group members, and even then allowing them to board without a boarding pass while being incredibly disrespectful to them and continued the constant shouting.

Meanwhile, for the remaining four members of our group, this same employee yelled at us constantly, even as we tried to explain the situation and request assistance in a respectful manner. At one point, a colleague of this employee, who was leaving the plane, confirmed to us that the boarding staff was still waiting for us, but the aforementioned employee also yelled at her and said we were banned from entering the plane, consequently denying us access.

On this note, we leave attached a translated copy of a phone message that the employee in question showed us after ten minutes of trying to reasonably speak to him, both with the crew on the plane and with us from outside, to let us board. What this employee showed us was a note indicating that we should go to the check-in entrance. We thought it was an instruction to board the plane another way since our companions who did board the plane were told that the crew members in the plane had informed them that we would be provided alternative flight options. However, this message, drafted in the utmost bad faith, indicated that we would be escorted out of the airport and not provided with an alternative flight.

Despite this confusion, we rushed to the indicated entrance and rapidly called the phone number the employee gave us, but got no answer at all. We were then left locked up and without access to any possible alternative for more than two and a half hours, all alone in the waiting area, since everything was closed and the few staff present refused to assist us in any way.

In particular, an employee (of whom we have a photo) told us that she was going home, and, instead of helping us, she insulted us by saying, “fuck you” and flipped off a colleague who took a photo of her as proof, when we communicated that we also want to file a complaint against the airplane company and the airport personnel who insulted us and were incredibly disrespectful during the situation.

We spent those two and a half hours with notable anxiety attacks, until finally, the airport staff noticed our situation and took us out of the waiting area, allowing us to go to the north terminal of the airport. There, we had to buy new tickets with another airline, as we all had to report for work back in Spain the next day. We then consequently spent the entire night sleepless and cold, as we were not allowed to enter the boarding area, which was closed, and no alternative options were provided by the airplane company.

Due to the above-mentioned circumstances, we would like to file a formal complaint against both the airport and the staff involved, as the situation left us helpless, and the behaviour from the cited individuals from the airplane company and the airport itself that we received was absolutely inappropriate...

Buenas noches,

Me gustaría preguntar para asegurarme si he entendido bien:

2. Recreation.gov (entiendo que empresa pública). Página web: www.recreation.gov/ ...eways/2988

También lo que me extraña de esta página web es que se indica "Availability is not released.
Check back on December 15, 2024 to view availabilit".

Llegamos 1 hora antes. Después fuimos a Yogjakarta.

Yo he estado ya 3 veces en Nepal y siempre he caminado solo.

3.- Anteriormente he viajado siempre en marzo-Abril. Creeis que puedo pillar lluvia en mayo?

MUCHAS GRACIAS.
NAMASTE!

Alberto

I´ve just come back from a great trip to Nepal and I had the best experience trekking with Avi. He is probably not only the best guide you can find to help you with your trekk, but also an amazing person. But let´s start from the beginning.

I was wandering around the streets of Thamel, when Avi "found" me and approached me. Although it was only my 2 day in Thamel I had already enough from all those Nepali scammers and sellers that come near you trying to sell you ANYTHING (from tiger balm to weed or a trekk to the mountains...). However, the way Avi talked to me was different. I immediately understood he was different from the others that just saw me as some kind of "walking-money". After a few minutes of conversation, he gave me his card and told me to take my time to think about it, and offered a tea to discuss the trekk in case I was interested. I went directly after to take that tea with him and his honesty and good heart made easy for me to "choose" him as my guide for the trekk. The day after he invited me for a tea at his flat and I could see where my money was going. This is not like the big agencies around thamel that clearly have the money already. Here you are helping someone that does his job because he loves it, but also to provide for a family with 2 young daughters. I could see that even though they live in a very humble place, Avi offered me everything I needed. He borrowed me one of his backpacks for the trekk and also told me he would take a hat, gloves, telescopic poles and a sleeping bag that he would carry for me in case I need it. After claryifying the details, he took me to a local place for lunch, where we also met another girl looking for a trekking. Again, Avi was super kind to her and eventhough taking one more person meant more money for him, he talked to me and let me decide if we would take her or not with us. I thought 3 would be better and it would mean more money for Avi, who after Covid struggled to keep his family and house fine. Avi also helped her a lot to find the materials she needed for the trekk and even borrow and carry most of them.

Once in the trekk, Avi is not just a guide, he is a friend. But obviously he knows a lot about the area. We did the Annapurna circuit and as he promised from the beginning, every time he could find us free or cheaper accomodation/food he did it. He also help us constantly to get...

We did the Annapurna circuit and as he promised from the beginning, every time he could find us free or cheaper accomodation/food he did it. He also help us constantly to get what we wanted and to feel as much comfortable as possible. For the first days, he shared with us some cucumbers with himalayan salt that he bought in Kathmandu. He was also always there to offer his food in case we were still hungry. And even with the other girl, he stayed for the whole time next to her, walking at her pace and supporting her since she was struggling to accomplish the trekk. He was really supportive with her and even when she decided to quit for health reasons, he helped her organising her transport back down, getting her the best service and the best price (I was there when he was bargaining for the price).

The last part of the trekk we did it alone the 2 of us. I cant be happier of having completed the Annapurna circuit with a friend like Avi. With him I felt safe and that I could always trust him. After we finished, I saw how other tourists had many problems regarding altitude sickness. However, Avi took me through the right steps and together we managed to pass by 5416m without any symptom.

Two tough years of perceived and actual grounding lie behind us in aviation. All our Lufthansa Group employees have been wishing for nothing more throughout than to finally be able to welcome you back aboard our more than 750 aircraft.

Unfortunately, however, as the Northern Hemisphere summer begins and with global travel restrictions now almost all lifted, everyone involved in aviation worldwide is reaching almost daily the limits of the resources that are currently available. And the ramp-up of the complex air transport system from almost zero to now almost 90 per cent is clearly not proceeding with the reliability, the robustness and the punctuality that we would like to offer you again.

We can only apologize to you for this. And we want to be completely honest: In the coming weeks, as passenger numbers continue to rise, be it for leisure or business travel, the situation is unlikely to improve in the short term. Too many employees and resources are still unavailable, not only at our infrastructure partners but in some of our own areas, too. Almost every company in our industry is currently recruiting new personnel, with several thousand planned in Europe alone. However, this increase in capacity will only have its desired stabilizing effect by the time winter comes.

In addition, the ongoing war in Ukraine is severely restricting available airspace in Europe. This is leading to massive bottlenecks in the skies and thus, unfortunately, to further flight delays.

In the summer of 2023, we not only expect to have a much more reliable air transport system worldwide. We will be welcoming you back on board our Airbus A380s, too. We decided today to put the A380, which continues to enjoy great popularity, back into service at Lufthansa in summer 2023. In addition to this, we are further strengthening and modernizing our fleets with some 50 new Airbus A350, Boeing 787 and Boeing 777-9 long-haul aircraft and more than 60 new Airbus A320/321s in the next three years alone.

We promise you that our more than 100,000 Lufthansa Group employees will be doing everything humanly possible to provide you with the best possible air travel experience in the coming weeks, even under the current difficult circumstances. And they will be doing all this with a commitment that deserves the highest respect, not only from us on our Group Executive Board.

So on behalf of all our employees, I sincerely hope that you feel very welcome on board after your return, which is something we have all been keenly awaiting. We thank you for your loyalty; and we hope we may count on your understanding, too, should your journey not yet go quite as expected or planned.

We are doing our utmost to again offer you the quality, the punctuality and the reliability that you can rightly expect from your Lufthansa Group airlines as soon as we possibly can.

Stay with us.

...first moment my family and myself did arrive to the main offices, located near the airport, we were almost forced to select a FULL insurance package, with an extra cost of 166€ in total, when I did already have one with Economy car rental , from which I was making the car reservation. At the beginning the conversations and treat from Klass Wagen partners in the office was correct, until we reach the moment to discuss the FULL insurance package. From Klass Wagen staff we did receive different alert notifications with images warning examples, on what could happen if I was not selecting this option. (500€ extra penalty for small scratches). Klass Wagen staff wanted really to scare us. From the moment we did informed that we were not interested in this option the attitude from Klass Wagen partners to my family and myself change drastically, in which we still had some last warning alerts forcing me to select this FULL insurance package, (that we have never experienced in any rental car provider before).

So we didn´t select this FULL insurance package even do the alert messages from Klass wagen staff as we had already had one, and as the cost was super high. In this moment, the Klass Wagen staff did inform that we needed to make pictures all over the car, being this the first time on my whole life I am requested to do this, and honestly, we have been renting cars from a long time. We did make lots of pictures from the areas of the outside & inside car while we were checking the car with Klass wagen staff. After a long process that my family and myself had to suffered, in which we found 50 scratches, my family and myself we were able to leave the office.

Then yesterday, 9th of May when we did return the car back, we needed before returning the same, to clean the same from the inside and outside from a professional place as requested by Klass Wagen with warning advises if we were not doing this. Again, this is something that is the first time my family and myself have been requested, to look for a Car wash place in a country is not ours and that you are visiting on holidays.

After checking again ALL the mention previously 50 scratches + new possible ones, Klass Wagen staff informed to my family and myself that there was a new one that was not reported when the booking started. Klass Wagen staff requested to us if we did had an image on that area, unfortunately we didn´t had no picture from that specific area, (from the 60 pictures we did made, we were not having anyone from that specific area, as is impossible to make pictures of ALL inside & outside areas of car as you can imagine! Anyhow the scratch in concrete was super thin, not even done with a tree leaf as I can show on the below image. I have to say that there were other scratches on the car that Klass Wagen staff didn´t included on the initial contract that were the same as this one! Klass Wagen staff informed that was not possible to add ALL mini & tiny scratches around the car as there were thousands for real!

Having said this, Klass Wagen staff after discussing for a long time include this new area as a scratch, as we were not having an image on that specific area.
