It is possible to top up your credit through the "Electronic Purse" function present in the App for the purchase of all types of travel tickets or paid parking services. REGISTRATION OF VENEZIA UNICA CARD
To register your Venezia Unica card, you have to select from the main menu “Buy Tickets Actv”, then “Tickets for Venezia Unica card holder”. Enter identification data required and confirm it to complete the registration.
PURCHASING ACTV TICKET
From the main menu select “Buy Actv Tickets”, hence there is the list of purchasable ordinary tickets and two other options:
“Tickets for Venezia Unica card holder” to proceed with the purchase of season tickets or tickets reserved to Venezia Unica card holders.
“Buy a ticket from the travel solution” to proceed with the purchase of extra zone tickets.
Select the ticket you need to purchase and the amount of it.
Payment is by credit card, to process it you will be redirect to “mycicero.it” website. Registration of credit card is possible by ‘Register credit card’ option in the main menu.
At the end of this procedure ticket is available on your own smartphone but not activated to be used.
It is possible to use the credit of the e-Purse by deducting the money or to register the credit card available in the “Register card” in the Home to speed up the payment.

So we didn´t select this FULL insurance package even do the alert messages from Klass wagen staff as we had already had one, and as the cost was super high. In this moment, the Klass Wagen staff did inform that we needed to make pictures all over the car, being this the first time on my whole life I am requested to do this, and honestly, we have been renting cars from a long time. We did make lots of pictures from the areas of the outside & inside car while we were checking the car with Klass wagen staff. After a long process that my family and myself had to suffered, in which we found 50 scratches, my family and myself we were able to leave the office.
Then yesterday, 9th of May when we did return the car back, we needed before returning the same, to clean the same from the inside and outside from a professional place as requested by Klass Wagen with warning advises if we were not doing this. Again, this is something that is the first time my family and myself have been requested, to look for a Car wash place in a country is not ours and that you are visiting on holidays.
After checking again ALL the mention previously 50 scratches + new possible ones, Klass Wagen staff informed to my family and myself that there was a new one that was not reported when the booking started. Klass Wagen staff requested to us if we did had an image on that area, unfortunately we didn´t had no picture from that specific area, (from the 60 pictures we did made, we were not having anyone from that specific area, as is impossible to make pictures of ALL inside & outside areas of car as you can imagine! Anyhow the scratch in concrete was super thin, not even done with a tree leaf as I can show on the below image. I have to say that there were other scratches on the car that Klass Wagen staff didn´t included on the initial contract that were the same as this one! Klass Wagen staff informed that was not possible to add ALL mini & tiny scratches around the car as there were thousands for real!
Having said this, Klass Wagen staff after discussing for a long time include this new area as a scratch, as we were not having an image on that specific area. Anyhow, what was more frustrated for my family and myself was that Klass Wagen was willing to add any new scratches, and if it was not that mention one, was going to be a different one for sure, that was the perception that we had from the service.
I need to say that we haven´t made that scratch, as ALL the time the car was parked on inside parking’s, and we never access any area in which the car was possible to be hit by leaf trees. Anyhow Klass Wagen at this point can charge whatever they wish, as they have the money blocked on my personal credit card as a driver.
Please be informed that we will never recommend this company to any traveler from the travel web side my wife is having, and that for sure we will be informed about this abuse in both social media & trip advisor content. My family and myself are super frustrated on how Klass Wagen has treated us, and how we are expecting to be rob when the “supposed” new scratched will be reported. We have the honestly feeling that we have been stolen & cheated by Klass Wagen.
322€ for this damage!!!

Siempre que voy a madrid, intento visitarlo, porque verlo siempre tan vacío y tan tranquilo, me parece una gozada.

...esto fue una pesadilla dificil de olvidar y que me gustaría que cualquiera que se plantee vacaciones en GLM houses conozca. En caso de que alguien lo desee tengo pruebas de emails, llamadas y whasaps a disposición.

Terrible and shameful host attention.
We booked GLM houses for 2 night paying in advance.
1) Seeing in Booking.com: max. Check-in 19 hours (important: even in AirBnb the same house has maximum time 20 hours), to avoid inconveniences we decided to ask and warn via email that we would arrive from the trip by car around 19 / 19.30 to find out if there was a problem. He replies "ok without problems".
2 ° Send us a later email saying: notify half an hour before arriving. Unfortunately without battery, we couldn't read or respond. Even so, in that email he never warns about the time (having had good intention would have warned of the risk if we spent 6 minutes of the time advised)
3) ATTENTION TO THE EXACT HOURS: It is also worth mentioning that the houses do not have a sign or anything that detects them at first sight, so it takes us even to find them, 19.15 we call the door of the houses unanswered. At 19:36, when we were at the hotel's door, we managed to charge some battery and call (I repeat: 19.36) and host cut the call several times.

Special note: Pls bring pens. Lots of them, especially ones you get for free. There will be Egyptians who will ask for pens instead of money as tips. This is because these people want good quality "foreign" pens for their children to write with in school. I find this very noble, and regretted not bringing more to Egypt.
Day 1: Arrive Cairo 5.30am. Took a airport bus, then public bus [1LE] to downtown Cairo. Managed to make our way to somehow to Turgoman Station [Cairo Gateway]. We got tickets (direct) to Siwa for 65LE/p. Bus leaves 7+pm. Pretty decent bus.
Day 2: Reach Siwa at 5am. It was the Eid al-Adha, so everywhere was booked out. We had to wait to 12pm for people to check out before we got a place anywhere.
Hotels: Shali and Albabenshal Lodge is extremely pretty. The roof of Albabenshal is a place to take photos of the town just before the sunrise.
We didn't stay in Yousef, but its owner Yousef was very friendly.
We stayed in El Kelany. Decent place for about 100+ LE for 3 people.
Food: Abdu restaurant has a convenient location, and serves pretty decent food.
Nour El Waha - Fantastic laidback ambience and great food for reasonable price! Come at night, when you can smoke Shisha, have dinner, and chat up fellow travellers around a bonfire.
Restaurant right in front of Albabenshal: I don't remember the name, but this restaurant serves great roasted chicken at night + camel kebab.
Activities: The standard fare includes dune driving (our driver did some "stunt" driving up and down steep dunes!), going to hot (scam) and cold (beautiful) spring, fossil site (full of ugly broken shells), and finally to watch the sunset. For the adventurous, remember to try out sandboarding!
Day 4: We booked a private 4WD for 3 people for 1300LE per vehicle at Siwa Friends/Tourist Association [check rough guides for address]. Most places will charge you 1500LE. You will need to book one day in advance as military permits (pay separately) are needed. Bring lunch along as there are no restaurants along the desert highway.
The desert view is simply stunning, and we passed by a chasis of a (german) fighter place supposedly from WWII in the middle of the desert.
Day 4 late noon (Bahariya Desert): We reach Desert Safari Home in the early evening after about 8 hours in the car. It's a pretty and clean place, relatively cheap if you book through hostelworld.com. It is run by a father and his son. The son is a jolly young chap, extremely friendly and helpful. His father, however, is a different story. He would not hesitate to conveniently round up/add in any cost not clarified beforehand, and gets impatient if you ask too many questions and show that you are on a tight budget. However, if you are very clear all prices agreed upfront, then it shouldn't be any problem.
Food: It is hard to find food anywhere. You can check LP or RG, but easiest and reasonably cheap option is to dine at... Leer más ...
Hola, el miércoles regresamos a casa, después de 10 días en Egipto.
En Cairo estuve los 2 primeros días y el último, 2 días en Luxor y 5 en Hurghada.
Cairo es una ciudad en donde hay control policial y militar en todas partes, en la entrada a hoteles o museos siempre hay que pasar por un detector de metales, revisión de mochila o bolso, en el aeropuerto el control es más rígido y después del chek-in hay que pasar por una revisión corporal. En las calles de el Cairo, Luxor o Hurghada se puede caminar sin problemas de robos pero si tener mucha atención al tráfico porque practicamente no hay reglas.
Los taxistas, vendedores o en cualquier otro tipo de negocios siempre te van a querer sacar dinero aumentando hasta en 5 veces el precio, claro que se puede regatear y eso es algo que les encanta pero regatear por casi todo me resultó realmente aburrido y estresante porque si preguntas el precio de algo, no te sueltan hasta ofrecerte cosas por 1 euro, caminan contigo rogandote que les compres, parece que no entieden la palabra NO.
Las propinas es otro tema que también cansa, ya que estiran la mano por cualquier cosa, por ejemplo en el aeropuerto por alzar una mochila del suelo a una mesa ya quieren "money, money" a pesar que antes les hayas dicho que tu mismo la puedes alzar, en los baños del aeropuerto o en el gran museo egipcio siempre hay alguien que te pasa papel toalla a pesar que lo tienes a medio metro de ti, despues ya saben que viene..la estirada de mano y asi en todos lados.
También al momento de pagar tickets en museos o sitios arqueológicos tratan de marearte con el dinero. Al templo de Luxor pagué 2 entradas(120 libras) con un billete de 200 y el hombre trataba de confundirme, primero me dio billetes de 10 y después me pidió que se los devolviera para darme un billete de 50 y después que no tenía mas cambio y que si le podía dar billetes pequeños para denuevo darme un billete grande y así se la pasó un buen rato, lástima por él que le tocó alguien que durante muchos años trabajo como cajero de casino al final de todo su show solo le quedo reir.
En Hurghada y Luxor se puede viajar sin problemas en el transporte público, la tarifa normal es de 1.50 libras por persona y es divertido viajar con personas locales.
En Cairo el transporte público es muy confuso y la mejor opción es el taxi, pero el caos sigue siendo el mismo, la ciudad es muy sucia y llena de humo, el trato de los egipcios a los animales es brutal, en el camino cerca a las pirámides pude ver a un par de caballos muertos, tirados a un lado de la calle, ya que por cansancio o enfermedad no les sirven más y los dejan tirados como una cáscara de plátano y los caballos que todavia pueden andar, están muy flacos y los azotan muy fuerte para que anden, en Luxor también pude ver algo así.
Yo viajé con mi esposa que es Austriaca y ella no quiere volver más a Egipto, en las calles no dejan de mirar a las extranjeras y lo incómodo es que miran con cara de depravados y lo hacen directamente al culo y la parte de adelante, en las calles cuando hay grupos de hombres, silban, mandan besos, dicen cosas o te detienen para tomarse una foto contigo y claro que también con los amigos y aprovechan para tocarte o tener algun roce, o caminan muy lentamente detrás, así que si eres mujer y piensas viajar sola, es mejor no salir por las calles, sobretodo en Cairo, en Luxor y Hurghada fue mucho mejor.

It is flat, quiet and the air is flesh, so it is very good for hiking and taking photos. It is also a good place to see bamboos.

La peor experiencia de mi vida.Cuando llegamos después de un largo viaje y con enormes ganas de llegar, tras esperar tres cuartos de hora de retraso del anfitrión, nos encontramos con que el apartamento estaba sin preparar, las camas sin hacer y asquerosamente sucio incluso con una compresa encima de la cama. La persona encargada de enseñarnos el apartamento nos impidió, incluso con violencia, hacer fotos del estado del apartamento y ahora Wimdu no reembolsa el dinero por que no hay fotos de esto. El anfitrión, también un personaje de mucho cuidado. El apartamento es un engaño, nada que ver con las fotografías.
The worst experience of my life. Yo voy el viernes 5 de Diciembre por la tarde, aparcaré en algún parking y daré una vuelta. Dormiré fuera de San Sebastián. Al día siguiente por la mañana iré al NH que comentáis que debería ser gratis si no me equivoco, es correcto?

Lo que yo comenté fue aparcar en las calles aledañas al NH Aranzazu, no al parking del hotel. Esas calles no tienen ota el fin de semana y ahora al no ser verano no están para nada saturadas para aparcar.
