Nosotros fuimos del 19 al 26 de septiembre, y en nuestro caso la reclamación o más bien queja la hicimos en el mismo barco en la hoja de reclamaciones que nos dieron para ello. Tengo que preguntar a la otra pareja si finálmente la llevaron a la agencia donde contratamos el viaje. Nosotros vivimos lejos de la ciudad y no nos es posible acercarnos tan fácilmente.

Los que a principios de septiembre (que hicimos el viaje a finales de agosto) nos quejabamos en este foro se ve que era por algo. Se veia que las cosas no eran como la gente contaba hace un año de esta compañia.

PD. Si llevaban meses sin cobrar se entiende pq el Rielo ponia verde al crucero en sus shows a base de chistes
