| Monlis, en el mercado de pescado de Bergen puedes encontrar los dos tipos de salmón, de piscifactoría y salvaje. Basta con mirar los precios para ver la diferencia. Es un buen sitio para probar productos a precios algo más bajos que en los restaurantes, donde el pescado y el marisco están por las nubes. Probamos ballena y la verdad es que tiene un sabor bastante fuerte, como la mojama pero más intenso todavía. No me gustó demasiado... |

Bergen es una paasada, espectcular, me encantó..... El fish market, plagado de españoles, te dan a probar el dsalmon salvaje y toda clase de productos.. El salmon salvaje iba a 90 € el kilo, pero es una pasada, nada que ver con lo que comemos por aquí..
