Lo más sencillo y económico es comprar una tarjeta SIM de algún operador de telefonía de Jamaica. Nosotros nos compramos de Digicel, tienen varios planes
De datos sólo o con minutos también.

En el aeropuerto de Kingston hay Digicel y seguro que en el de Montego también porque es más grande. Si sois de Resort TI seguramente esta sea la única oportunidad de comprarlas así que dependeis de que estén abiertas cuando llegueis. Si sois de moveros por los sitios veréis bastantes tiendas Digicel y sitios donde poder comprar o recargar. Dependiendo del plan que queráis os costará unos 15€-25€.
