Yo creo que es cosa de horas o pocos días que Blue Star Ferries actualicé su web si las condiciones de verdad han cambiado desde el día 13 que lo han publicado. Estaremos atentos!!

Yo creo que en unos días saldrá algo claro. La verdad que tiene sentido al entrar y al moverte de Atenas a islas por ejemplo, pero entre islas... Cero sentido. A ver si se aclara enseguida!

This detail is not given; however, I believe that since you have PCR document to enter Greece, this should be valid for any destination.

Ayer vi lo que tiene en su web publicado Emirates como requisitos para los vuelos entrantes a Grecia y coincide con lo que vamos hablando:

COVID‑19 testing and other entry requirements

Passengers will be subjected to random COVID‑19 rapid testing on arrival. Passengers who test positive for COVID‑19 must quarantine under supervision for 14 days. All passengers, regardless of nationality, including children over the age of five, must meet one of the following conditions:

- Completed vaccination for COVID‑19 at least fourteen days before scheduled arrival and present a vaccination certificate in either English, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Russian, issued by a public authority in accordance with the relevant legislation
- Present a negative molecular test result (PCR) for COVID‑19, performed by taking an oropharyngeal or nasopharyngeal smear, up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival. The certificate can be in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Russian
- Present proof of recovery from COVID‑19, valid as of two months after positive PCR or antigen test up to nine months, in either English, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Russian, properly issued in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Have completed at least fourteen (14) days of vaccination for COVID-19 and present a vaccination certificate, which has been issued through the official website. In the case of foreigners from abroad, have completed at least fourteen days (14) the vaccination for COVID-19 and present a vaccination certificate in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Russian, issued by a public authority in accordance with the relevant legislation. The vaccination certificate includes the name of the person, the type of vaccine given and the number of doses.
Have a negative COVID-19 test with a PCR test performed within the last seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled travel time or with a rapid antigen test within the last twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled travel time. In the case of foreigners from abroad, they can provide a negative test certificate in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Russian.
Have been diagnosed negative in a self-test within twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled travel time and is certified with a relevant certificate displayed on paper. The certification of the result will be done through the declaration of self-test result certification for COVID-19.

These travel restrictions concern Domestic travel - Terrestrial to Islands Regions only.


Da a entender que sería de la península a las islas (aunque es verdad que entre islas es más raro moverse en avión)

Lo que pone Olympic es lo mismo que especifica Blue Star Ferries. De península a primera isla pero no entre islas, sería lo que tendría más sentido y yo quiero creer que así será.

You can only travel from Piraeus to the islands if you have one of the following:

– a vaccination certificate (stating that 14 days have passed since full vaccination for Covid-19)
– a negative PCR test performed less than three days (72 hours)
– a negative rapid antigen test taken 24 hours prior to travel
– a negative self-test taken 24 hours prior to travel.

However if you travel from an island to Piraeus or from an island to another island it is not mandatory any of the above.

Lastly each passenger has to also fill in the attached declaration form of health and give it to our crew during your boarding on every route.

Y desde el hotel de Kimolos añaden que hay continuas actualizaciones sobre las normas para viajes.

Gracias @Indialuna, yo creo que es lo que más sentido tiene, que no haya que hacer nada entre islas...

Vale creo que ya queda aclarado.
Estaremos pendiente no obstante de las actualizaciones

We are fine thank you! Getting everything ready for the season.
Yes it is very confusing to understand all the regulations.
On the website of the boat company it is written very detailed, you can check it here.

To sum it up these are the new rules:
Island to mainland - not needed.
Mainland to island - needed.
Island to island - not needed

You will need to fill in a form though which they will probably give you when you buy the tickets but in any case I attach it here.

Entonces entre islas es rellenar el formulario ese del año pasado y listo, genial !!!

Ahora sólo nos queda saber para volver a España que van a pedir y listo.
