De nuevo por aquí para resolver dudas sobre mi próxima salida.
Voy a ir con Air China a Japón, vía Pekin. He comprado el billete básico, con 2 maletas de equipaje facturado (que seguramente no usaré) y que no es en principio reembolsable (si cambiable por 150€). He reservado asientos sin problema y la sala de tránsito en Pekín también sin incidencias (desde mi perfil de airchina.es). Al entrar en mi perfil después de reservar la sala de tránsito (en este caso la web es airchina.cn) puedo ver que tengo disponibles 4 cupones para reembolso de billetes (2 para internacionales y dos para domésticos) con estas condiciones (perdón por el tocho):
1. Applicable channel for ticket refund: Air China mobile terminal (Air China APP, Air China WeChat/Alipay applet, Air China mobile website).
2. The validity period of the refund voucher is from February 2, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
3. Ticket sales validity period: International and regional tickets sold after February 2, 2024 (inclusive) are eligible for valid refund benefits during the ticket validity period
4.The refund coupon is applicable for international and regional one-way and round-trip Multi trip ticket (limited to the same ticket number for connecting tickets) flights starting at 999, and applies for a refund ticket 72 hours (including) before the flight takes off. This benefit does not apply to mileage＋cash, mileage redemption or changes that generate new ticket numbers.
5. Applicable cabin for refund coupons: excluding O/I/X cabin.
6. For refundable international and regional tickets with processing fees, you can use international and regional refund coupon to deduct the processing fees in full.
For unrefundable international and regional tickets, you could also use international and regional reufnd coupon, specifically: if the ticket is not used, the refund processing fee will be waived, and all fares and taxes (including fuel surcharges) will be refunded; if the ticket is partially used, in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for Voluntary Refunds and Voluntary Changes of International Tickets of Air China ", the applicable fares and taxes for the used flight segments will be deducted, and the refund processing fee will be waived, if there is any remainging balance, the amount will be refunded.
7.Restrictions on the use of refund coupons: This is only applicable to the registered user and the recipient of their Zhiyin card (children under 12 years old, elderly people over 60 years old). The refund coupon amount for children and elderly people will be deducted when handling it on their behalf.
8. The refund coupon is applicable to the following customer groups: only for adults and children.
9. This refund voucher cannot be used together with other refund products.
10. Usage: After the real name authentication of the passenger, they can submit the ticket through the "Refund" function in the China Airlines APP's personal itinerary/all services/ticket orders, and select "Refund Rights" to apply for processing.
11.This coupon is only applicable for purchasing tickets through the Air China app and mini program.

Sí, se supone que permiten cambios de fechas, pero creo que no origen y destino, y es lo que he pedido. Pero a ver si contestan.

Como escribía en un post anterior, volaba con Ukraine Airlines (UIA) de Madrid a El Cairo vía Kiev ida 3 de abirl y vuelta 11 de abril El cairo - Kiev y 12 de abril Kiev - Madrid. Vuelo contratado a través de Budgetair
Vuelo de ida ya cancelado, y me escriben un email desde UIA (no desde Budgetair) diciendo ésto:
"Dear passenger!
This is to inform you that flight PS 942 MAD-KBP on 03.04.20 was canceled.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this might cause. We hope for your understanding in this matter.

Entiendo que las opciones son o cambiar las fechas del vuelo, o la otra opción no me queda muy clara... (¿seguir con el ticket para usarlo dentro del período de validez???).
En ningún caso habla de devolución del dinero los muy mamones. ¿No es obligatorio si cancelan que te devuelvan el dinero?
Malaysia Airlines has invested in a new passenger reservations system and will upgrade systems during the weekend of 10 June 2017. This new technology will enable Malaysia Airlines to meet passengers’ changing travel needs. Passengers will be unable to make new bookings or make changes to existing bookings for nine hours from 2100hrs on 10th June to 0600hrs on 11th June (Malaysian Standard Time (GMT+8)). Additionally mobile and online check-in will be unavailable during the same period. Flight schedules will not be affected by the transition.
Do note the important information below:
Passengers travelling from 10-12 June
Ticketing and check-in during system upgrade Purchase or make ticket changes before 10 June 2017. Bring a copy of electronic tickets and arrive 3 hours ahead of flight departure to the airport to check-in at counter. Select seats and make special meals request before 10 June 2017.

Por cierto, yo si que he podido hacer el checking y reservar los sitios en el avión sin problemas a través de su web. Os cuenta las 2 formas que tenéis de hacer el checking:
Opción 1:
- Se ha de hacer la reserva de asientos desde la web francesa fr.ceair.com/
- A continuación debes seleccionar "Self-Service". Aparecerá la opción "Seat Assignment" fr.ceair.com/ ...load.shtml
- En este paso solicita el número de billete y el nombre completo de uno de los pasajeros con el siguiente formato (APELLIDOAPELLIDO/NOMBRE). Los apellidos se deben indicar sin espacio y los nombres con espacio entre ellos si se tiene dos.
Opción 2 (sacada de un foro):
Go to website www.ceair.com and look for "自助服务" which is one of the tabs. On the first line "号码" enter your ticket number and the next line "乘机人姓名" enter your name in the format "Last Name/First Name Middle Name" The website should find your reservation details now.
Look for 座位预留 in the left column and enter the same information again as above.
The top 'table' consists of four fields with a blue button between the first two. That is for the mobile and pin thing mentioned above (but doesnt work for non-Chinese numbers). Instead on the 3rd field, enter your email address. Once that has been done the red buttons on the right next to each of your flight can be clicked and you can select your seats.
Once selected, a small window will appear. Click on the left botton to "confirm selection".
Do not click "取消座位" as this is to cancel the assigned seat.
