Evidentemente no he podido contactar con ellos y la opción de cancelar el vuelo a través del móvil no funciona, dice que llame al call center.
A mi me han cancelado la ida y la vuelta de la escala que hacía en Estambul hacia Tokio.
No entiendo como es posible que no ofrezcan la devolución, en su propia página web dicen que se podrá solicitar la devolución de los vuelos no usados.
Además, si la aerolínea no me presta el servicio contratado en las fechas contratadas...mi derecho es recibir el reembolso total.
