On August 6, I purchased a ticket online through the 'edreams' site. The ticket was correctly debited from the VISA card.
Then, a month later I receive a bill for €79 from VISA for a 'prime subscription', a service that I never requested.
I call the UK number and they try to sell me the service and leave me hanging on the phone for 30 minutes, the operator clearly did not want to take action
In the UK forums there are many people that complain about the fraudulent practice of the site
