Take private car to and visit Bai li xin cun.Bailixincun is an rural area with villages and beautiful landscapde near Yangshuo town and Li River.
It is a New and less spoiled area: off the beaten track, where you will see the real rural villages.
(1): See local agriculture: kumquat orchards, pomeloes, chestnuts, to see how the farmers use organic fertilizer and how to avoid the soil flowing away with the water.
(2): See gorgeous mountain views: Buddha Hill, Eagle Hill, Snail Hill, Mummy_baby Hill, Xianggongshan Hill, Horse Face Hill:
The mountain views looks like paintings: the colour changes from Dark to Light according to the distance from near to far. You can see the wonderful karst peaks layer after layer.
(3): Play the echoes against the hills behind hills at the Echoes Valley to get the Quick Echoe; Triple Echoe with scare, weak and long sound,
Look down at Li Rive from tops of mountains; to see and take photos of the gorgeous landscape of Li River and karst mountains.
(4): Climb up to the top of Xianggongshan Hill to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Li River and mountains.
Xianggongshan Hill is a place for many couples to go there for wedding photos.

3, Take private car to Yangdi.
During the way stop near Yangdi to take romantic photos before Kissing Hill.
Do Li River cruising by taking raft from Yangdi to Xingping( nine horse hill dock ) and back to Yangdi.
4, Take private car to Fuli Bridge. It is an ancient arc stone bridge with nice views.
Stay in Huanggong Hotel.
Day 3,
1, Take private car to Longsheng ( Longji ) rice terrace.
2, Visit Ping an Zhuang Minority Village to experience the local people life and culture: wooden house, wind rain bridge, and so on.
3, Visit Ping an rice terrace, it is also known as Dragon Backbone rice terrace:
A: Hike to and see No: 1 Scenic Spot of Seven Stars Accopany the Moon, enjoy the perfect curves of the rice terrace.
B: Hike on rice terrace from No: 1 to No: 2 and enjoy the gorgeous views of rice terrace on the mountains.
It is flat, quiet and the air is flesh, so it is very good for hiking and taking photos. It is also a good place to see bamboos.
Watch one local lady show the long hair.
C: See No: 2 Scenic Spot of Nine Dragons and Fiver Tigers:
D: Hike along a path in the middle of rice terrace to enjoy the gorgeous views of rice terrace on the mountains.
4, Take private car back to and
Stay in Yangshuo Huanggong Hotel.
Day 4,
1, Take private car to Guilin Airport.
Nos cuesta 4888 si nos quedamos en su hotel y 4088 si cogemos otro hotel.
¿Cómo lo veis? He pensado pedirle hacer también el crucero en barca de bambú por el Yulong, que tiene muy buena pinta.
¿El long hair show merece la pena?

Estoy organizando mi ruta de China y tengo unas dudas, a ver qué os parece. En la zona de Guilin queremos pasar unos 4 días
Día 1 - Excursión arrozales
Día 2 - Arrozales y vuelta a Guilin
Día 3 - Crucero Río Li hasta Yangshuo
Día 4 - Duda qué hacer
Lo más importante son los primeros 3 días. Mis dudas, que me estoy volviendo loca... Leyendo el foro y mirando en google maps... Qué me recomendáis para ir a los arrozales? Dazhai?? Noche allí en un hotel o se puede dormir en casas o cómo va eso? Lo comento porque hice una excursión parecida en Vietnam y dormimos en casa de una tribu, viaje organizado claro. En cuanto a hacer trekking, está bien señalizado para hacerlo por nuestra cuenta o mejor coger una excursión? Si lo puedo hacer esas dos cosas (arrozales+crucero) quizá quitaría el cuarto día... No sé... Qué os parece?

Pues cuéntame por favor cuando vuelvas a ver qué tal te fue y si añadirías/quitarías algo de lo propuesto por Gary, que yo hasta el año que viene no voy y así voy perfilando el itinerario. Si no es indiscreción, ¿cuánto te pide por ese itinerario?

Perfecto!! Muchas gracias. Como voy a esperar un poco para coger los vuelos Shanghai-Guilin y Guilin-X'ian pues así ya veré si me da para un cuarto día o lo tendremos que dedicar para volar a X'ian.
tengo tres noches para estar por guilin. Llegare a ultima hora. Realmente son dos días enteros.
Viajo con una niña de seis años.
¿Se pueden ver los arrozales de una manera medio decente sin hacerse un trecking brutal?
Mi propuesta podría ser:
- Día 1: LLego a guilin y pernocta en Hotel.
- Día 2: Visita de arrozales y viaje por la tarde a yangshuo.
- Día 3: crucero por el rio, y noche en yangshuo.
- Día 4: regreso a guilin y vuelo a shanghai.
Evidentemente que se puede.
En ese caso, mi recomendación sería que fueras directamente a Dazhai. Se tarda un poco más que a Ping'an pero merece mas la pena. Puedes ir y volver en el mismo día, pero estarás en los arrozales unas 3h más o menos.
Y el alojamiento del segundo día, déjalo también en Guilin. Logísticamente te será mas cómodo para llegar de los arrozales y para ir al día siguiente en el crucero por el río Li.

No merece la pena. No es gran cosa y además está lleno de super barcos que molestan mucho.
El tramo bonito es el de Yangdi a Xinping y es recomendable hacerlo en barca de bambu a motor.

¿Merece la pena bajar desde guilin hasta yangshuo todo en barco?
Por que puede ser una buena manera de llegar a yangshuo. ¿Admiten maletas en los barcos?

Hola latumbadehuma, si merece la pena creo que es algo personal, yo hice ese trayecto en barco desde Guilin a Yangshuo y me gustó mucho. Luego en Yangshuo también hice el paseo en barca de bambú, sin motor, por el río Yulong y estuvo bien, son experiencias diferentes.
El trayecto en barco desde Guilin a Yangshuo lo reservé a través del alojamiento Mountain Nest en esta localidad, incluyendo la recogida en el embarcadero y traslado al hotel.
Sí admiten maletas, viajamos con ellas , con la idea que señalas, llegar de Guilin a Yangshuo disfrutando de vistas preciosas desde la cubierta superior. En la parte de abajo hay asientos e incluye también algo de comida, arroz con pollo agua y té.

Buenas... Voy a ampliar un día la visita a la zona.
Eso me da mucho más juego. Pero creo que lo que haré es el mismo plan, pero alargando un día en yanhshuo. Supongo que algo se podrá hacer por allí, o simplmente descansar.
Buenas, el trayecto duró casi 4 horas, pero se pasan enseguida, las montañas son impresionantes, pasas por el mural de los caballos, la imagen que sale en los billetes de 20 yuanes y otro tipo de montañas a las que han bautizado con nombres curiosos por el parecido de sus formas rocosas con el animal o personaje en cuestión.
Contratando este crucero tienes la opción de regresar el mismo día a Guilin, después de un tiempo libre que dejan para recorrer Yangshuo. Nuestra idea era visitar Yangshuo con tranquilidad, nos quedamos 3 noches y por eso cargamos las maletas en el barco. Alquilamos bicicletas y fuimos hasta Yulong river, cueva de la luna, paseo en barca de bambú, ver el espectáculo nocturno Impressions... Hay un montón de actividades y si se alquila moto puedes hacer recorridos más largos.

We do arrange boat trips, once you let us know which hotel you are staying in Guilin, then we will send a driver to pick you up at the hotel lobby at about 8:30am and take you to Mopanshan pier for a 4 hours boat trip to Yangshuo, after you arrive at Yangshuo Longtoushan pier, our hotel driver will be meeting you there and then take you to our hotel. It costs 420 RMB per person including boat ticket, buffet lunch & pier transfers.
¿Alguien me puede recomendar algún alojamiento en Dazhai?
Respecto al crucero por el rio Li si no merece la pena, cómo es mejor hacer la parte que decís de barquitos de bambu? Yendo desde Guilin a Yangshuo y desde allí o cómo lo haríamos?

Yo te recomiendo que una noche la pases en Xingping, el pueblo es muy bonito y pequeño pero lo mejor es ver el río al atardecer cuando ya no hay turistas por allí, de lo mejor de china. Otra noche fija en Yangshuo y recorrer su zona en bici. El resto depende del planning y de la hora de salida/llegada puede interesar hacer más noche en Guilin, pero en visitas de día siempre más para Yangshuo uqe para Guilin.

En el hotel de Yangshuo, me piden por la excursión de la pesca de Cormoranes CNY120 cada persona, incluye traslado en coche desde y hasta mi hotel que no está en el centro de Yangshuo, está a las afueras.

Alguien que haya ido a a Guilin , que es mejor alojarse en guilin o yangshuo? me apetece estar unas 2 o 3 noches en plan tranquilo y disfrutar de los paisajes , pero no se que merece más la pena de los 2 si hay algo muy interesante en guilin

Hola! ¿Recomendáis ir a Yanghsuo si ya hemos estado en el norte de Vietnam (Ninh Binh, sapa, halong...)?
Por las fotos que veo parecen paisajes parecidos, ¿no? Aunque también leo que a muchos es de lo que más os ha gustado de China...
Todavía no tengo ni fechas de vacaciones, pero ya se me ha metido en la cabeza China para este año y quiero tenerlo todo mirado para poder elegir buenas fechas.

Por supuesto! He estado en las dos zonas que comentas y las dos merecen mucho la pena. Si puedes no te pierdas la zona de Yansghuo. Pasear en moto o bici por la zona entre esas montañas no tiene precio!
Y uno puede alquilar moto fácilmente como en otros países vecinos?
