Tal vez puedas buscar en algún buscador tipo Booking y poner el filtro de spa;después consultas los resultados en el mapa de la propia aplicación.

El Riu Palace Meloneras y el Lopesan Costa Meloneras tienen Spa y están cerca de la playa de Maspalomas.
