From 16 March, scheduled flights will be temporarily suspended between Moscow and Barcelona, Burgas, Frankfurt, Heraklion, Munich, Thessaloniki and Zurich.
Flight frequencies will be reduced between Moscow and Copenhagen (from 14 March) and Prague (from 16 March) following decisions taken by local authorities to restrict entry for foreign tourists.
Scheduled Rossiya Airlines flights operated under Aeroflot’s SU code from St Petersburg to European destinations including Geneva, Larnaca, Prague and Vienna will be halted from 16 March.
Aeroflot is evaluating the possibility of operating charter flights on suspended routes to enable Russian citizens to return to Russia.
Passengers holding tickets with a departure date from the date of restrictions coming into force up to and including 31 May 2020 for cancelled Aeroflot flights, as well as passengers otherwise affected by restrictions imposed by their countries of departure, destination or transfer (e.g., bans on entry, exit or transit, threat of enforced quarantine, cancellation of visa-free entry, annulment of previously issued visas, etc.), may:
– apply for an involuntary refund and receive a refund of the full ticket price at the original point of sale until 31 December 2020 (inclusive), regardless of the validity period of the ticket;
– make a one-time change to the departure date to any date until 31 December 2020 (inclusive), while retaining the original point of departure, destination and service class, without incurring additional fees;
– change the route to any Aeroflot flight and/or departure date until 31 December 2020 (inclusive). No additional fee will be levied for rebooking, though other terms and conditions apply (e.g. additional payment for a more expensive fare).
Passengers wishing to rebook tickets may contact Aeroflot's hotline on +7 495 7847242, as well as Aeroflot's contact centre (global free-call numbers available here: www.aeroflot.ru/ ...ee_numbers) and the airline’s sales offices.
Aeroflot asks passengers to refrain from calling about non-urgent refunds and rebookings whenever possible in the coming days.
To reduce call waiting times, Aeroflot asks passengers to have their 6-letter booking code or ticket number and passengers’ last names ready when contacting the call centre. ➡️ Leer más ...
12 March 2020, Moscow — Aeroflot has extended the period for passengers to rebook or request refunds at no additional cost, following an increase in call volumes to the airline’s contact centre regarding refunds and rebookings for tickets for flights to China, South Korea, Iran, Israel, Italy, Germany, France and Spain that have been cancelled as a result of the epidemiological situation.
Passengers holding tickets for travel on or before 20 March 2020 may rebook or request a refund by 30 April 2020 at no additional cost.
Passengers with tickets to travel on or after 21 March 2020 may rebook or request a refund during the entire validity period of the ticket.
Due to high call volumes to the contact centre, waiting times can be significantly longer than usual. Given the extended period for returns and refunds, Aeroflot asks passengers to refrain from calling about non-urgent matters whenever possible.
Aeroflot is working hard to increase contact centre capacity and reduce waiting times. We ask passengers to have their 6-letter booking code or ticket number and passengers’ last names ready when contacting the call centre.
Your booking is not complete until you are provided with a reservation number.
You should receive a confirmation letter via email shortly. If not, please visit Existing Reservations on your profile and download the letter. Support email: webreservations@sanparks.org

Recent graduate looking for a long-term volunteer management opportunity? IHF is looking for hard-working, dedicated volunteers to commit their time and talents for one year in one of our 6 children’s homes and education centers in Indonesia, Thailand and Kenya. Your role will be to manage the day-to-day maintenance of the center’s programs and initiatives alongside an international staff, in the effort to provide a better opportunity for children’s futures. You are asked to complete at least 4 hours a day of local work and 4 hours a day of international work, 6 days a week. The job can be strenuous, but is incredibly rewarding and you will leave IHF with new transferable skills, a better understanding of international NGOs and an unforgettable experience to last the rest of your life.
In Indonesia, we have four education centers in Bali, Jakarta, Medan and Banda Aceh. Our Jakarta center provides a home to a small number of children. All Indonesia centers hold English, Math and Computer classes for disadvantaged children aged 6-17 to supplement the limited Indonesian public education system. Your role would include teaching and supervising classes as well as organizing various activities at the center.
We have children’s homes in Thailand and Kenya. Our Thailand center is a home for seven older children from a nearby hill tribe. Teenagers from this marginalized community come to our center for a stable home and the chance for an education. Our Kenya center is a home for children of various ages from the impoverished region of East Pokot and provides emergency relief to the surrounding community. This is the biggest IHF center, with approximately 65 children. Living conditions in this region are harsh, and we provide basic needs such as a home, food, and access to education for children who would otherwise go without. We also run livestock donation projects and other initiatives to relieve the extreme poverty where we can. Your role in either of these centers would include fostering a familial environment for the children, overseeing their education and managing the various needs and activities in the center.
IHF is a grassroots, all-volunteer organization with no central office, so co-Directors complete 4 hours of international work daily that consists of various administrative tasks. All co-Directors manage one or more of our international task teams such as University Relations, Fundraising, Teacher Training and Media. You will work closely with co-Directors at other centers to manage these teams and will receive unique training in a multilevel, multifaceted system. You will be assigned your teams according to your experience and skills. This work can be challenging, but you will hone your time management skills and learn intimately how an NGO functions at both the ground and administrative levels. Before arrival at the center, you will already become a part of the team by completing pre-trip tasks with our international teams to gain an understanding of the kind of work you will be doing.
Candidate Qualifications: Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. We value volunteers who are creative and innovative, willing to take responsibility and easily adapt to new conditions and unexpected situations. We welcome applicants with any background, but prefer degrees in social studies, language, teaching, medicine, law, and social work. Experience abroad traveling, working or volunteering will be an asset. We require candidates have 1-2 years working experience in any field. Experience with teaching and/or children is crucial. Each IHF center is a product of its environment and follows the cultural code and norms of its host country. So must our staff. Our volunteers must have high inter-cultural sensitivity and be tolerant to different views and ways of life.
Stipend: Volunteers must commit to serve at least one year at the center. Basic accommodation and food is provided by IHF. You are a... ➡️ Leer más ...

First 3 months: Training period $20 per month
3-6 months: Assistant co-Director $50 per month
6-9 months: Co-Director $80 per month
9-12 months: Co-Director $100 per month
Strict IHF Policy: These stipends are fixed. They will not be raised for more experienced applicants, and everyone will be upgraded according to the timeframes outlined above and no sooner. There are no exceptions to this, regardless of what may be the situation in the center.

Pasos a seguir:
Name of host travel company you intend to visit, lo que os ponga en el campo "Принимающая сторона (TRAVEL COMPANY):" (en mi caso ООО "КАТЮША")
...make. Leather and jewelry (gold and silver) are also favourite purchases. In Turkey you can haggle to get the prices down and you will find that there is something to be found within anyone’s budget.
Cuisine: Turkish Cuisine is one of the best in the world. It has a wide variety of dishes and is very healthy as well as delicious.
Tipping: Tipping is customary at hotels and restaurants and for tour guides and drivers. Religion 99% of the Turkish Population is Muslim although they are generally not as strict as most of their Muslim neighbours. Turkey is a secular republic which grants freedom of worship.
Visas & Passports: Visas are required from many countries to visit Turkey. Prior to departure you must check with the appropriate Embassy or Consulate in your country of residence. For US citizens, no prior request is necessary, but a visa must be purchased upon arrival in Turkey. This is normally issued before going through passport control and is valid for 90 days. Please ensure your passport has at least 3 months validity before you enter the country
Health & Vaccinations: In general Turkey is a pretty healthy country to travel in although many people experience stomach upsets. It is best to drink bottled water and take the usual precautions over food hygiene. We recommend that you have the following vaccinations: Diptheria & Tetanus, Polio, Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Hepatitis B, Rabies and you may want to take Malaria Tablets if you are travelling to Eastern Turkey. You should take out travel/health insurance before you leave home.
Time Difference: Turkey is seven hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time and two hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time.
Money/Bank: The currency used in Turkey is the Turkish Lira. Although all credit cards are accepted throughout Turkey, Visa and Master Card are most commonly used. Automated teller machines are normally available in larger cities. It is important to know that your PIN number must be all numerals, (no letters), and that the money dispensed will be in Turkish Lira. Throughout Turkey, banking hours are 8.30am – 12.00pm and 1.00pm – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Commission and exchange rates vary from bank to bank. Commission rates typically remain within 1% to 3%. Money exchange bureaus usually offer a good rate for cash, while hotels are as good a place as any to cash travellers checks. Please note that a passport is required when exchanging travellers checks for large amounts of cash.
Post Offices: Post Offices are easily identified by their bright yellow facades and PTT (Postal, Telegraph, and Telephone) signs. The main post offices in the large cities are open Monday to Saturday 8.00am – 9.00pm and 9.00am – 7.00pm on Sunday. Smaller post offices are open Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 5.00pm. Postal fees fluctuate according to inflation rates. The cost of mailing postcards and letters is minimal.
Calling the US from Turkey: As throughout the world, hotels in Turkey apply heavy service fees to international phone calls. Therefore, we recommend using a long distance calling card. Although your calling card will be billed for the call, the hotel will assess a nominal fee for connecting you with the international operator.
Clothing: Turkey is an informal country. Comfortable, casual clothing is appropriate to wear throughout. Comfortable clothes and sensible walking shoes are advisable to wear during sightseeing. You will be required to remove your shoes upon entering a mosque. Keep in mind that shorts, short skirts or bare shoulders are not allowed in the mosques, and that a head covering for women, although not required, is greatly appreciated.
Electricity: 220 Volts. In Turkey, electrical appliances manufactured in the U.S. require the use of a standard two-prong adaptor. A converter is also needed if the appliance does not have dual voltage as the voltage varies between 110V and 220V at 50Hz. However, many hotels are equipped with 110V outlets for...
Thank you for your letter!
Please be kindly advised that the confirmation number is your voucher number, on the top of the support documents.
