En moto desde Yangshuo, ¿que cosas no debería de perderme, aparte de los paseos en barca?
Sube a la Moon Hill. También está la de la mariposa y el árbol ese gigante, pero eso ya prescindible. Y dar vueltas y vueltas viendo el río y la zona. Yo lo hice en bici así que no se decirte si en moto hay cosas más lejanas interesantes. Eso sí, no te pierdas Xingping, para mí lo mejor de la zona

Ahí no te puedo ayudar porque nosotros no cogimos moto. A nosotros nos gustó mucho el espectáculo Li River Impressions. Echa un vistazo en internet.

Supongo que darán alguna especie de mapa o algo con los highlights...
Hay mapa y además decenas de agencias ofreciendo todas las excursiones posibles.
Yo tengo anotada esta página que en su día alguien de aquí me facilitó de donde saqué mucha información
Las actividades puedes hacerlas por tu cuenta, muchas de ellas en bici.
En otras, a veces es más práctico usar las agencias.
Por ejemplo en la de Yangdi a Xingping contratamos con la agencia del hotel la excursión, pero solo usamos el traslado al inicio del crucero y la barca para dos, quedándonos al terminar en Xingping y regresando a Yangshuo en bus público.
Además de lo que te han comentado ya, hay una cueva que creo que se llamaba Longmen Water Cave, que me gustó mucho. Al final permite el baño en unos pequeños lagos interiores.

Alquilaremos una moto para visitar los alrededores, salvo el paseo entre Yangdi y Xingping, que eso habrá que hacerlo con alguna agencia, ya que en moto después la barca no te deja en el mismo punto.

Airport bus: después de la llegada de un avión al aeropuerto preparan un autobús aparcado justo en la salida del Arriving Hall. Este autobús os dejará en el Civil Aviation Mansion, justo delante de un hotel. Si queréis ir más al centro, habrá que coger un taxi. El autobús cuesta 20 yuanes.

Llegamos viernes por la noche y estaremos hasta el martes por la tarde, o sea, que tenemos unos 3 días y medio más o menos. Nuestra idea es ir un día a ver las terrazas de arroz, ver algo de Guilin y el resto dedicarlo a Yangshou. Siguiendo consejos del foro, he contactado con Gary de winwintravels y me propone:

2, Biking to Yulong River and enjoy the beautiful landscape of Yulong River.
The newly built path along Yulong River is only for biking and hiking. The landscape is very good with beautiful reflection of the karst peaks on the river and flesh air: good for taking photos.
3, Do bamboo rafting along Yulong River from Shi e di Dock to Gongnong Bridge Dock, the tour is very relaxing and enjoyable.
4, Biking to and Enjoy the beautiful reflection views of the combination of Jinbao River, mountains and bamboos, biking back to hotel.
5, Biking to and walk up to the top of Moon Hill to see the beautiful views from the top of the hill.
6, Biking back to Hotel in Yangshuo along beautiful countryside road, during the way, see Camel Hill.
Day 3 Visit Bailixincun
Take private car to and visit Bai li xin cun. Bailixincun is a New and less spoiled area: off the beaten track .
1, See the real rural Chinese villages and local agriculture: kumquat orchards, pomeloes, chestnuts.
2, Enjoy Gorgeous mountain views: see the Buddha Hill, Snail Hill, Eagle Hill, Horse_face Hill. The mountain views looks like paintings: the colour changes from Dark to Light according to the distance from near to far.
3, Play the echoes against the hills at the Echoes Valley to get the Quick Echo; Slow Echo with scare, weak and long sound,
Look down at Li River from the mountains to enjoy the beautiful views of Li River and mountains.
4, Hike up to the top of Xianggong Shan Hill to enjoy the gorgeous of Li River and Mountains.
5, Enjoy Wulong Views: mountains, farming lands and villages

La idea sería dormir en Guilin la primera noche ya que llegamos tarde, hacer la excursión a las terrazas de arroz al día siguiente y pasar las dos siguientes noches en Yangshou y la última noche pasarla otra vez en Guilin para dar un paseo allí por la mañana.

- ¿cómo veis la distribución de los días?
- el primer día nos propone hacer la visita a las terrazas y por la tarde el crucero por el río Li de Yangdi a Nine horse Hill Dock y de vuelta.. ¿no será demasiado para un solo día? ¿es necesario hacer el crucero de ida y vuelta? Mucha gente del foro recomienda hacerlo en balsa pero entiendo que lo que nos propone es el crucero ... Y además mucha gente por aquí recomienda Xinping y creo que con esta propuesta no lo vemos...
- el segundo día creo que lo podemos hacer por nuestra cuenta alquilando unas bicis y ahorramos algo de pasta...
- respecto al último día.. ¿alguien que lo haya hecho y nos diga si merece la pena?

Lo primero, Gary totalmente recomendable es un encanto de persona y el resto de su familia lo mismo. Hazle caso a sus consejos jejeje.
Segundo, creo que con lo del crucero se refiere a la balsita de bambu, no al barco grande a motor. De todas maneras confirmalo con el.
Tercero, disfruta de esa zona tan bonita de China, espectacular en todos los sentidos.

Hola a todos/as. ¿Sabes por dónde queda más o menos Jima Echo Valley? En algún blog también recomiendan pasarse por ahí pero no encuentro nada sobre su localización.

Me dicen desde una de las agencias que he consultado que el gobierno ha prohibido la subida a Laozhai Hill en Xinping por la muerte de un turista despeñado. Sabéis si es cierto? No encuentro ninguna información de eso.

La vida allí es super barata. Mira hostels en Booking.com y déjate llevar por las puntuaciones. De caro, nada de nada.

The newly built path along Yulong River is only for biking and hiking. The landscape is very good with beautiful reflection of the karst peaks on the river and flesh air: good for taking photos.
3, Do bamboo rafting along Yulong River from Shi e di Dock to Gongnong Bridge Dock, the tour is very relaxing and enjoyable.
4, Biking to and Enjoy the beautiful reflection views of the combination of Jinbao River, mountains and bamboos, biking back to hotel.
5, Biking to and walk up to the top of Moon Hill to see the beautiful views from the top of the hill.
6, Biking back to Hotel in Yangshuo along beautiful countryside road, during the way, see Camel Hill.
Day 3 Visit Bailixincun
Take private car to and visit Bai li xin cun. Bailixincun is a New and less spoiled area: off the beaten track .
1, See the real rural Chinese villages and local agriculture: kumquat orchards, pomeloes, chestnuts.
2, Enjoy Gorgeous mountain views: see the Buddha Hill, Snail Hill, Eagle Hill, Horse_face Hill. The mountain views looks like paintings: the colour changes from Dark to Light according to the distance from near to far.
3, Play the echoes against the hills at the Echoes Valley to get the Quick Echo; Slow Echo with scare, weak and long sound,
Look down at Li River from the mountains to enjoy the beautiful views of Li River and mountains.
4, Hike up to the top of Xianggong Shan Hill to enjoy the gorgeous of Li River and Mountains.
5, Enjoy Wulong Views: mountains, farming lands and villages
6, Take private car to Guilin.
La idea sería dormir en Guilin la primera noche ya que llegamos tarde, hacer la excursión a las terrazas de arroz al día siguiente y pasar las dos siguientes noches en Yangshou y la última noche pasarla otra vez en Guilin para dar un paseo allí por la mañana.
Estas son mis dudas...
- ¿cómo veis la distribución de los días?
- el primer día nos propone hacer la visita a las terrazas y por la tarde el crucero por el río Li de Yangdi a Nine horse Hill Dock y de vuelta.. ¿no será demasiado para un solo día? ¿es necesario hacer el crucero de ida y vuelta? Mucha gente del foro recomienda hacerlo en balsa pero entiendo que lo que nos propone es el crucero ... Y además mucha gente por aquí recomienda Xinping y creo que con esta propuesta no lo vemos...
- el segundo día creo que lo podemos hacer por nuestra cuenta alquilando unas bicis y ahorramos algo de pasta...
- respecto al último día.. ¿alguien que lo haya hecho y nos diga si merece la pena?
