Yo pedí el reembolso a Edreams el 01/06/20, de modo que hoy 01/09/20 se cumplían los 90 días que dicen que tardan, he hablado con ellos por tfno y me han dicho que ayer dieron el OK y que debería llegarme el dinero en 5 días. Ya os diré si cumplen...

Nosotros hicimos una cancelación gratuita que comporamos también, dado que los billetes eran caros, lo solicitamos en junio, a mediados de agosto emiratos cancelo los vuelos, y ahora todo ha vuielto a empezar, lo de edreams, en la vida compro algo ahí..
Coincido totalmente contigo ... He tenido varias cancelaciones:

Lo de comprar por agencia por ahorrar unos euros, no lo vuelvo a hacer jamás, desde ahora todo directamente a las aerolíneas.

-Compré los billetes MAD-BKK en la web de emirates
-Cuando empiezan los casos de coronavirus CANCELO LOS BILLETES YO
-Me dan BOUCHERS con el importe total para gastar en 12 meses.
-La opción de recuperar el dinero no me la dan hasta pasados esos 12 meses
... Y ahora viene el cambio:
-Llamo ayer para confirmar la fecha en la que puedo reclamar el dinero y me dicen QUE ESO HA CAMBIADO, QUE YA NO HAY QUE ESPERAR A NINGUNA FECHA Y SE PUEDE RECLAMAR DESDE YA.
-Entro en la web y hago la reclamación.
Esto fue ayer, así que de momento toca esperar, pero la verdad es que tiene buena pinta y tengo la esperanza de ver el dinero en mi cuenta no muy tarde... Ya veremos, os iré contando.

Pues yo han pasado más de 6 meses desde que reclamé la devolución del dinero. Me dijeron que tenía derecho a la devolución y la reclamé. Han pasado como digo 6 meses y no paran de darme largas cuando llamo. Quebsi depende del departamento de reembolsos y solo pueden contactar con ellos por correo. Que si me llamarán y me dirán algo( nunca llaman). Pasan las semanas y ya van por 6 meses desde el 14 de abril. Están siendo muy poco serios por ser fino
Os comento mi experiencia con la agencia de viajes El Corte Inglés por si le sirve a alguien.
En enero de 2020 reservarmos billetes de ida Barcelona-Singapur y de vuelta Kuala Lumpur-Barcelona operados por Emirates. Durante el mes de abril nos confirman que la compañía ha cancelado los vuelos y nos dan a elegir entre un voucher por el importe válido durante dos años o el reembolso del dinero. Pedimos el reembolso del dinero y a la semana nos confirman que han dado trámite a la reclamación y que ha sido aceptada por Emirates.
Después de 6 meses sin noticias de la agencia de viajes contacté con ellos hace una semana y me informan que la devolución del importe, por part de la compañía Emirates, se puede demorar entre 6 y 12 meses, es decir, que hasta abril de 2021 igual no me devuelven el dinero.
He contactado con atención al cliente de Emirates y me confirman que no pueden hacer nada ya que debo dirigirme a la agencia de viajes con la que contraté los vuelos.

Buenas noticias por aquí. Yo compré directamente en la web de Emirates los billetes Madrid-Bangkok con escala. Cuando empieza todo el follón cancelo yo los billetes y me dan boucher por el 100% del importe a gastar en un año. Hace unos meses, creo que sobre julio , llamo y solicito cambiar los bouchers por el dinero. Aceptan la petición y ayer 3 de noviembre, vi reflejado en mi tarjeta, el importe total ingresado.
Han sido meses de espera y varias llamadas pero finalmente la compañía responde.
No perdáis la esperanza.

Emirates cancela vuelos a Sídney, Melbourne y Brisbane por tiempo indefinido debido a políticas gubernamentales
Debido a las acciones tomadas por el gobierno de Australia, Emirates ha decidido suspender todos los vuelos hacia / desde Sydney, Melbourne y Brisbane y solo continuará volando a Perth dos veces por semana.

Nos cancelaron el vuelo teniendo que hacer una noche en Bangkok y otra en Dubai para llegar.
Tras abrir una reclamación, nos ofrecen 40000 millas a cada uno. ¿Alguno habéis rechazado y solicitado compensación económica?
Hace años ofrecían un vuelo a cualquier destino del mundo. No sé a qué equivale 40.000 millas, si con esa cantidad puedes elegir un viaje de este tipo o no. Piensa que te darían 600€ y si te compensa o no. Hay veces que más vale pájaro en mano que ciento volando porque si tienes que echar mano de las empresas estas que luchan por la compensación económica ellos se llevan un porcentaje.

No se les puede pedir dinero directamente a la aerolínea? Quiero decir, ha de ser a través de una empresa?
Puedes pedir compensación en dinero sin usar las agencias y creo que os corresponde 1200€ por persona si la cancelación ha afectado a dos vuelos (el que llegaba a Dubai y la de DXB-BCN).
Solicitalo directamente a Emirates, puedes también abrir una reclamación con Aena (es gratuito).

Los ataques estadounidenses e israelíes contra Irán comenzaron la madrugada del 28 de Febrero, con múltiples informes de impactos cerca de instalaciones militares.
La situación sigue siendo inestable y existe un riesgo creíble de nuevas acciones y represalias.
El cierre del espacio aéreo es generalizado.
La región de información de vuelo (FIR) OIIX/Teherán está cerrada, con la advertencia de que la zona de conflicto podría extenderse sobre el Golfo Pérsico y el Mar de Omán.
Las FIR ORBB/Bagdad, OBBB/Bahréin y OTDF/Doha están cerradas.
La FIR LLLL/Tel Aviv está cerrada a todos los vuelos, excepto a llegadas y salidas civiles limitadas de PPR.

Todos los vuelos programados de Emirates hacia y desde Dubái permanecerán suspendidos hasta las 23.59 horas, hora de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, del 7 de MARZO, debido al cierre del espacio aéreo en toda la región.
Emirates continúa operando con un horario de vuelos limitado. Estamos atendiendo a clientes con reservas anteriores como prioridad en estos vuelos limitados. Los clientes que transiten por Dubái solo serán aceptados para viajar si su vuelo de conexión está operativo. No vaya al aeropuerto a menos que Emirates le haya notificado directamente o tenga una reserva confirmada para estos vuelos.
