Yo he ido varias veces a Miami por trabajo, la última en enero, y los precios son una locura. Me quedé esta vez en Miami beach un fin de semana (entre semana en Fort Lauderdale por el trabajo).
Lo que más conozco es Miami beach, es seguro aunque comer en cualquier sitio vale una pasta. Yo iba a gastos pagados aunque no quería abusar, y restaurantes normales, nada de lujos, se iban a 70$ o más con una facilidad pasmosa. En algún sitio ves un plato a 30$ y dices: bueno... Pero es que luego con la bebida y poco más llegas a 50, luego te cobran servicio a parte, más propinas....más de una noche pasamos de 100 sin darnos cuenta.
Siempre se pueden buscar sitios baratos, comida rápida y eso, pero hay que buscar porque hay miles de restaurantes y a la gente por lo visto le sobra el dinero. Fuera de Miami beach creo que la cosa mejora, pero conozco poco, la zona de Brickell y alrededores, que tampoco es barata. En cuanto a pasear de noche salvo Miami beach yo preguntaría en el hotel porque las ciudades en USA no son para pasear salvo honrosas excepciones. Una vez me alojé al lado de donde juegan los Miami Heat, que no es mala zona, y borrachos y borrachas sin techo por la calle no eran raros de ver.
Lo hoteles, parecido. En Miami beach o cercanías por menos de 200 era difícil encontrar hoteles dignos de tal nombre, pero también es verdad que por trabajo yo creo que las tarifas son más altas porque son flexibles.
Yo lo miré para extender el viaje y que se viniera mi pareja y lo acabamos desechando por el pastón que iba a suponer aunque yo tuviese el viaje pagado. Algún día lo haremos pero requiere mirarlo mucho yo creo.
A ver si opina gente con una experiencia más de turista, que quizá lo he pintado yo demasiado mal!
...seguir alguna de sus recomendaciones, pero entendimos que esto es algo muy habitual en la cultura india. De hecho, en comparación con otras personas que conocimos, su actitud fue siempre muy respetuosa, profesional y educada.
Además, Sohan fue muy puntual y flexible durante todo el viaje. Si teníamos que cambiar planes en el último momento o necesitábamos ayuda con algo, él siempre estaba dispuesto a adaptarse. Su disposición y su carácter tranquilo hicieron que el viaje fuera mucho más cómodo y placentero para nosotros.
En resumen, estamos muy agradecidos con Sohan y con Sonur por la excelente experiencia que nos ofrecieron. Sohan es un conductor excepcional que superó nuestras expectativas. Additionally, Sohan was very punctual and flexible throughout the trip. Whether we had to change plans at the last minute or needed assistance with something, he was always willing to adapt. His calm nature and professional attitude made the entire journey much more comfortable and enjoyable for us.

Ya lo siento pero lo acabo de leer supongo que ya habras viajado pero te respondo por si le sirve a alguien, no se reserva o no vi como hacerlo, si no hay sitio tendras que buscar otro parking, en la 13th entre Collins y Ocean hay otro parking municipal con el mismo precio de 20$/24h.
He estado dos veces en Miami y te puedo decir que tanto South Beach como la zona de Downtown Miami son las más turísticas. Así que por ahí encontraras ofertas de ocio para dar y tomar.
En cuanto a la semana de vacaciones tienes muchos posibles planes. Bajar a los cayos (son caros), subir a ver algún parque de atracciones a Orlando y/o la Nasa en cabo cañaveral, visitar algunas de las playas de la Costa Este (Fort Lauderdale, Boca Ratón, Cocoa Beach, o visitar playas de la Costa Oeste (Clearwater, Venice...).

Me alojaré en el downtown, cerca del estadio de los Miami Heat.
El caso es que unos compañeros estuvieron allí la semana pasada y me dijeron que la zona está bien pero que ojo con irte muy lejos andando, que se metieron en alguna zona dudosa... La verdad es que no tendré tiempo para mucho pero sí me apetecería un par de tardes acercarme a Miami Beach y quizá alguna otra zona. ¿Quizá Little Havana? Solo para dar un paseo y cenar, y con posibilidad de ir en coche si se aparca bien.

We ended up doing trail B and trail A (which now has a link over to the viewing point of trail b ). Like they said above, you’re not viewing right into the crater but you are closer and much of the lava was going to that side. And the eruptions were awesome because you could feel the heat

o El barco sale cada 10-15 mins y cuesta 12D ida y vuelta por persona.
• Una vez volvemos al coche, seguimos y paramos en Cascade Canyon Turnout. Después giramos a la izquierda en North Jenny Lake Junction y tienes una carretera de un solo sentido, Jenny Lake Road, que tendrás que coger al noreste del lago, en North Jenny Lake Junction (así primero subirás un poco al norte para luego bajar, y volver a subir otra vez, pero no hay otra manera). En esa carretera tienes un mirador señalizado, Jenny Lake Overlook, que tiene unas vistas preciosas del lago con todas las montañas al fondo. Si el día es claro, se reflejan las cumbres nevadas en el lago, y es una pasada.
• Tras esto nos daremos prisa e iremos a Oxbow Bend Turnout, uno de los mejores sitios para ver animales. Haremos el mirador y la carretera hacia Moran. Podemos hacer incluso la Pacific Creek Rd e ir hasta el Two ocean lake y pasear por allí, según el tiempo.

Hola, vamos a Florida en Febrero y queremos ir a un partido de la NBA. Dudamos entre estas dos opciones

Sería nuestro primer partido de la NBA y no somos especiales seguidores del baloncesto, por lo que me gustaría me recomendaseís que partido creeis que será mas interesante o que habrá mas ambientillo y eso.
Los precios ahora mismo son muy baratos desde 13 usd/persona. Esos precios se mantienen? o se agotan muy rapido?
Realmente nos viene mejor ir en Orlando, un día que queremos descansar de parques, pero tampoco nos queremos arriesgar a comprarlas por si la climatología los dias anteriores fuese mala y ese dia buena, y en ese caso prefeririamos ir ese día a los parques. Habría problemas si nos decidimos a comprarla sobre la marcha? Ya sea en Miami o en Orlando en taquilla o online?

Abu Simbel round trip from hotel – Today’s adventure will take you to the grand temples of Abu Simbel. We will begin by picking you up in the lobby of your East Bank Hotel or East Bank Ferry (for hotels on Elephantine Island). Start times can be set anywhere between 4:30am to 8am depending on your preference. Some clients prefer an early start to try and “beat” the crowds and the heat. Other clients prefer a leisurely breakfast in their hotel before heading out for the day. When setting you preferred start time please take into consideration the fact that there are no decent eating establishments in the area – therefore if you choose an early start – we suggest asking your hotel the night before to provide you a breakfast box that you can take on your adventure.
The tour to Abu Simbel takes between 8 to 9 hours round trip from Aswan including 2-3 hours at the temples themselves. The tour includes a safe and reliable driver in a late model air-conditioned vehicle. The guide (as shown on your itinerary) is optional and can be easily removed if you prefer to go without. The fee to add a guide is $35usd. The guide will join you on your long days’ journey and will have plenty of time to tell you the history of Abu Simbel and how it was moved stone by stone to the temples current location during the construction of the High Dam.
Depending on your time of departure we MAY be able to fit in a three hour felucca adventure to a Nubian Village - however to fit this into this day you would need to leave for Abu Simbel around 5am and you would need to choose an East Bank Hotel in Aswan or arrange a private motorboat in the morning (if staying on Elephantine Island).

Los dos campos son una pasada, pero si tuviera que elegir sólo uno de los dos, y los rivales fueran parecidos, elegiría Miami. El ambiente nos encantó. Pero mira los rivales, porque si Golden State, Houston o Dallas, por ejemplo, fuera el rival de Orlando, entonces iría a ver ese partido.
