Y que conste que tanto las havelis como la zona de Shekhawati me parecen muy interesantes a priori

Bikaner es una ciudad totalmente amurallada en medio del desierto del Thar y merece la pena visitar el imponente Fuerte Junagarh que no fue nunca conquistado.
También son sorprendentes las havelis, sobre todo el grupo denominado "Rampuria" con una antiguedad alguna de ellas de 400 años.
Tanto el fuerte como las havelis se visitan en una mañana, y la tarde se puede dedicar a la visita del Templo de Karni Mata, en Deshnok, siempre y cuando no se tenga miedo a las ratas y despierte nuestro interés el ver algo realmente sorprendente.

Tener el hilo en Losviajeros.com seguro que será el empuje definitivo para que al aeropuerto de Jaisalmer por fin le hagan comercial, por ahora sigue siendo de uso militar. Dependerá del tiempo de tu viaje pero Delhi-Jaisalmer lo haría en tren (17-18horas) y si no, puedes volar a Udaipur y hacer Udaipur-Ranakpur-Jodhpur-tren nocturno a Jaisalmer-tren nocturno a Jaipur.
